New Market, Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
This is probably the only marketplace designed to sell only 360 videos. the video customization options are really great, there are also several branding that can be done to make your video stand out. the video analytics is top class and well it depends on the plan you're on. support is also nice, you can get a reply within minutes and absolutely satisfied with them. there are great privacy setting and you got the full control over the video, you can edit the video whenever you want and if you want you can aslo share them publically. social distribution is a tool that lets you share the videos directly to social media from your dashbord which is very easy. there are many tutorials on 360 videos like how to shoot thema and how to view them properly which will be a great help for the newbies.
What do you dislike about the product?
you need 360 camera and VR helmet if you want to work with 360 videos and they are costly. to get priority support and sell videos you need to go with higher membership plans that everyone wont be able to afford. playback speed is controlled by membership level and that not a good feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vimeo 36 is a market for 360 videos, here you can sell your videos or hire creaters to do the work for you. the player is great with a lot of customization options.

try the platform if youre interested, there is nothing like testing it out by yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Vimeo integrates well with other platforms. The appearance is much more professional than YouTube, in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the maximum upload limit per week, but I can live with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vimeo actually integrated much more smoothly with an app on my website than YouTube did. This is why I needed to move my videos over to Vimeo.

Vimeo will give your business videos a professional edge. I highly recommend this platform for all your business promotional videos.

Little customizations for video portfolios and the lack of creating subcategories in the portfolio itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being a developer but needing a customer center with videos for our customer, I did not know how to create one on our wordpress website. I was able to create portfolios on vimeo pro and then simply link this portfolios to our website. in this way, we do not have to worry about managing the videos on our side!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be a great way to avoid building a video portfolio on your website. Also, it has a good limit per week of uploads and it has never been an issue for us.
Vimeo is great for hosting videos online, but it doesn't work very well for delivery to clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that vimeo is decently inexpensive. I also like that privacy settings are highly customizable. It is also very useful that we can make the videos downloadable, as well as password protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploaded to vimeo, the color profile on our videos is changed, and the the image looks much more flat, unsaturated, and with less contrast. It is also unhelpful that we cannot arrange our public-facing vimeo page to show the videos from newest to oldest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using vimeo to host videos for the public, and we are sending private linked videos to internal and external clients for review and dowloadable delivery.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that– if you use vimeo to deliver to clients– make sure to inform your clients to download the videos to view in order to preserve color. Otherwise, if they view it on vimeo, the color will not look accurate or even good.

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect video repository for small and large businesses or non-profits. Easily integrates with websites via embed or iFrame and is easily customizable. Also easy to brand videos and good level of security and privacy

Need an easy solution to host videos that can be easily integrated into a members portal and LMS. The quick uploads and configuration has reduced time spent on technical aspects so we can focus on clients
Great Solution for Video Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Great video respository to edit and market videos online - the best feature is how smooth it integrates into any online landing page or video player. We use a number of different online platforms including InstaPage, WordPress - and Vimeo works great with all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes receive files in formats that are not supported by Vimeo. This means we end up having to convert those files into mp4, and then upload to Vimeo which takes us a lot of time, and sometimes compromises video quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Vimeo Pro, we are able to effectively use video to educate our clients. We host up to 10 webinars every month, and using Vimeo we are able to share the recordings with users who are unable to attend, or give them an option to download the video to view offline at their own pace.

This is a great tool for video marketing and offers a lot more than YouTube in terms of the features. The Pro version is worth exploring if you have the budget, as that just opens up a lot of the product .

What do you like best about the product?
As an editor, I like that I can publish in high quality. I also like that I get so much storage space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the search function. I feel like it’s difficult to find specific videos on the site.

Eliminates the need to free up storage space. Makes sharing private videos easy.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to navigate, great quality. And I love the ability to make collections and password protect them so easily.

I honestly can't think of anything. Vimeo has done for us all we needed!

We have a lot of online educational videos and students that are all across the country. Vimeo has allowed us to password protect videos that we only want our students to see and give them easy access to them.

I like that vimeo is easy to use and affordable for a small business owner.

I have never had a problem using vimeo or contacting their support team.

I use vimeo to host all of my training video replays. I like knowing that my videos are accessible and don't risk being removed by free services.

I recommend Vimeo as a 3rd party provider of streaming video because of their affordability and ease of use.
