Sometimes it takes a lot to load some videos

Mainly it provides us with an easy to use tool to edit our videos with a proffesional but simple look.

While Vimeo offers an exceptional platform with numerous features that enhance video presentation and engagement, I find myself increasingly concerned about its pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vimeo provides a fantastic service with its high-quality video hosting, versatile features, and supportive community. However, the rising costs associated with their subscription plans may deter potential users, particularly those operating on tight budgets. While I appreciate the quality and functionality that Vimeo offers, I urge the company to reconsider its pricing strategy to remain accessible to a broader audience.
Will Not Downgrade My Account
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, they won't let you downgrade and support plays games.
What do you dislike about the product?
They lock you in and wont allow for you to make changes to your account for a few days. One reason why they are doing this is to delay communication and not downgrade your account. You literally are unable to downgrade your account. I logged into the account and was told to contact support to downgrade my account and they asked me for information like, the email on the accont, the last charge and amount, screenshots logged in, the account ID number, all the users, and more. SO, I provided that information and support responds asking me all the same questions again. Like did you not read the email anmd I proivded all the information.
When I mentioned that the Vimeo representative, "Akash" came back saying they would not downgrade the account. I wish I could show you the "!" he wants to use when mentioning this to me. I'll never be using Vimeo again and won't sugest or recommend anyone else using it either.
I gave them a 1/10 over a ZERO score because they did resp[ond mto my email at least. What a waste of time and me havingt to come here so other people don't run into the same issue.

They did not solve ANY of my problems.
A platform that helps users to publish their videos online
What do you like best about the product?
The most interesting part of using Vimeo is that it does not show ads which makes the viewing experience far better than YouTube. They also have a large community of users who check each other's work and give their feedback according to their experiences and needs also just like YouTube if your video gets good traction and reach you can also monetise from your video content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audience available on Vimeo is much smaller than YouTube which minimizes the chances of getting it viral easily also in the free version they have limited storage which is not enough if you post your conent on a regular basis. The uploading and viewing speed of Vimeo is also not that speed if compared to YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we need to connect with our internal teams through video conferencing in those video meetings vimeo becomes a great option. Because it is simple, user-friendly and can be used by any of the team members who are working even in the remote areas. Users can experience working on it for better connectivity and reach in their organisation.

Account holders and access is difficult when you're in a larger company and can't remember what share access each video has

We use it to store all of our final videos and add them to our community platform and training
Vimeo makes our virtual events simple and streamlined with easy set up, features, and support.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease in which we can take videos and create what is needed from those videos in any format. One file source can immediately be turned into anything from clips, webinars, to virtual events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation of the overall file/folder can take a little bit to get adjusted to. I would also appreciate if an "Event" can be stored in a Project/Client folder AND Events.

As an agency, it helps us centralize all of the videos across multiple clients and projects into one space.
Reliable platform for reviewing, storing and broadcasting video content
What do you like best about the product?
The option to easily store and file video content on the cloud. It also offers an easy to use solution for reviewing video content from multiple different stakeholders. The live broadcast features are very reliable and easy to implement into a number of other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support leaves a lot to be desired with our account managers never fully engaging with us or offering much help.
