1. Braze is having a very user friendly, intuitive interface, and all the options are available for self-browsing and self-teaching.
2. It's having a lot of possibilites to connect with the rest of company tech stack.

What do you dislike about the product?
More sophisticated flows & segments (especially calculating segment sizes) are taking long time to load, which makes work less efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It's solving the user segmentation topic - once segments are created, they are being updated real-life and can be used in endless flows & campaigns.
2. Testing - it's easy to test all campaigns and flows internally across all of our employees.
3. Possibility of creating automated dynamic content through APIs that fetch data directly from our product: allows us to send users personalized & relevant content without manual input.
4. It's having all of user data being stored in one place - possibility of counting the segments, previewing users, executing mobile & email campaigns
5. Scalability - possibility of managing CRM content for multiple markets/regions from 1 app group
