What do you like best about the product?
The software allows personalization and audience targeting.
Integration of the platform with social media products.
The platform improves marketing through customer engagement analytics and reporting.

What do you dislike about the product?
The software is very effective. I cannot find a blemish on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product has enabled assessment of customer satisfaction and solving of customer issues before they escalate and have a direct impact into our services delivery and business performance.
High clarity meetings across any platform
What do you like best about the product?
Works across almost any platform, and can be used as a guest. Video quality, and login time are very nice. I've frequently used this a few times with specific clients. The customer support was very responsive in helping us figure out how to login. Easily integrated, and easily implemented across any platform. it's kind of their thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was a bigger company, and that getting a permanent login would yield more benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For certain clients overseas, and some in california they do not use the same platforms I do. By chance they used pexip, so we were able to connect over that. Basically it combines existing meeting platforms and existing meeting room devices into one seamless sandwich.

There are features that makes appointments effective, where users schedule them based on their times. Further, the inclusion of advisors from the company helps in creating proper timelines. The configuration and implementation of this software is made relatable.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are optimal communications between the customer and the sales team, and there are manageable features that are simplistic and easy to adopt. The creation of proper timelines and schedules is something the vendor has effectively focused on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has outlined the mechanisms that businesses use in scheduling meetings, and this resolves the demands that are available in a company. More so the sales engagement brings a focused sales plan, which multiply the use of online platform to reach out to users. There are appointments and reservations and they all bring a concrete performance.

Pexip Engage is a platform that considers the inputs or the requests from customers, and it gives them the right platform where they can discuss and share idealogies. Further the program has all features in one solution, which includes scheduling if meetings and they are all easy to navigate.
Moreover, the insights from customers are well recorded, and proper support is issued to bring more satisfaction.

We obtain professional enaggement options from this software, and this enhance growth in our company as customers' conversations increases. There are resourceful features from this powerful communications platform.

The platform allows accurate time management where meetings are held, and this ensure the right information is shared to enhance innovation. More so, the concept of online appointments, where booking is done virtually is a fundamental aspect that we enjoy from the software. The immediate sales conversations and analysis from the software multiplies the performance of the system.

What do you like best about the product?
It a great software which is all-rounder in terms of organizing and joining meeting with your mates. It even doesn't require heavy hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
My major dislike is that multiple people can't share their screen at one time.

It is solving problem of connecting with my teammates while everyone is working from home. Its hand-raising feature helps in maintaining discipline.

-Pexip calculates the cost based on the number of video devices deployed & that's confusing for most businesses.
-Pexip interoperability requires password enabling & external users might be reluctant to do the same due to security concerns.

Pexip has the best video technology & it enabled us to connect with external users without having to place another call on a different platform this saving much time & resources.
