Cloudkeeper Lens gives excellent visibility on cost usage.
CloudKeeper Support always just a mail away for any issue/concerns related to AWS regardless of billing or Technical.
Their Resource recommendation helped us to reduce our cloud cost by thousands.

What do you dislike about the product?
Alerting in CloudKeeper Lens WebUI still need some work to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudKeeper works for us as it's givng us 360Degree view of our Cloud Spend. Like the recommendation, which help us with possible saving. In startup this small cost of AWS services need to be monitor to avoid Cloud sprawl.

The onboarding process and today's WAR activity findings was very insigtful and detailed.
This will help us in saving costs in longer term.

Nothing major but it'll be very helpful if they introduce tage based filters for EC2 in CloudKeeper lens tool.
