What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and if I have a question I can reach out for great support. The platform is versatile and we use it for many different purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is really excellent but the price point is prohibitive for some organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier facilitation of our grant program. Great platform for hosting calls for artists for our gallery. We can use this platform for many different things and are always discovering new ways to us it.

The numerous features, user friendliness, customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be extremely slow, and prone to crashes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic tags has made data analysis so much easier for us
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to thoroughly research all of the features. After three years I’m still learning new tricks that’ve helped in our regranting process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the out of the box review features. Allow for grading within the app and controlling permissions is why we chose Submittable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application maker is very basic. I don’t like how linear the application is and there lack of formatting ability in the questions. Other form software like FormAssembly has advanced features and wish for an upgrade of the form editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a hard time with doing reviews for our grant application. It was manual and tedious and paper based. Submittable streamlined that process for us. We also like how applicant progress is auto-saved. We have had fewer technical issues to resolve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s the best option available and would recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can message with grantees all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are sometimes bugs and glitches in the system which affect our conversations with grantees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Submittable for all of our application processes for every single grantee. It's great that everything can be one one place, that we can easily label things, and have all communication with the grantees in the same place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If there is a very complicated review process for the grant program you are rolling out there may be a better option for you.

Submittable has a good balance of pre-formatted options and ways to customize
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that we'd like to be able to enable team members from the same institution to share proposals for review, but only accept one review.

We have used this platform for our submissions for years and its has continued to surpass other programs and sites that charge twice as much and offer way less.

Easy to use and navigate

What do you like best about the product?
Submittable is easy to use and navigate, especially for teams to review remotely and organize submissions. Also, the customer service is great and they get back to you!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have unlimited submissions! There's not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to manage programs that will be accessible and inclusive for applicants. Benefits are that most people are using Submittable already and it makes our work look very professional.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating my own format and my own control over the formatting and editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price - Submittable used to be monthly per users, but the rate is a flat rate now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Submittable for a business pitch competition - the application and review segments.

What do you like best about the product?
If Cynthia Underhill were the one representative I worked with, I would rate WizeHive Zengine 10/10. She was a fantastic assistant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the other employees lacked any sort of response when we would ask questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented this solution for all of our flight training and post-secondary scholarships. The specific program I use the platform for a new program that required vetting of local chapters, and then vetting of their nominated scholar. We also require multiple progress checks along the way. We are currently creating an API between WizeHive and our CRM Aptify. This tie will greatly improve the efficiency of our programs and tracking. This track will eventually lead to more in-depth studies of the flight training process.
