Review of WizeHive's Zengine
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to access our environment anytime. It is easy to track our nominations and to link them to the Teacher applications. You can link several Nominations to a single Teacher application. But when you need to know something about the platform the support is fast and accurate!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be a little easier but in general we extract our data and do reports outside the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive over 3,500 Nominations and over 1200 Teacher applications. Managing all this data can be a little overwhelming...but not with Zengine. We've been using Zengine for three years and it gets easier every year.
Solid Product to Manager Fellowship Program
What do you like best about the product?
WizeHive provided an incredible implementation lead (Dan) to get our fellowship platform designed and up and running. He provided novel ideas and features to make sure both the application and review process ran seamlessly. I'm very pleased with our partnership as the product is robust, easy to navigate, and easy to customize. Also, the support staff turnaround time on troubleshooting problems is faster than the speed of light.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add here. I very much liked everything about the product and implementation team.

WizeHive provides a database to administer and manage our fellowship/grants program.

Zengine has been a great tool to help make my business processes run efficiently

It feels over complicated at times and a could be more intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
We used WizeHive to vote for Company Employee awards. I do like WizeHive's scoring system-it enable you to screen out ineligible candidates while moving others forward in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface was really cumbersome. It was not intuitive-we only used it once a year-so after 365 days had rolled around, it was as if you needed a whole new training to remember what to do or how to set it up. The technical support is extra cost and the representatives change from year to year so you never get the same person.
The worst experience happened this year when we has issues with employee's logins. Wizehive was unable to resolve the issue so we had to use an entirely different software mid-voting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The backend features of WizeHive are good for determining the winners-the process makes it very easy for a committee to weigh in and select choices.
....AND ITS HIPAA COMPLIANT
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to keep up with certain medical cases in a way that helps us track our patients progress. Its easy to use and is even HIPAA compliant which is a huge plus.

There is nothing I dislike about this software.

There are many different features of this software that you can use that is sure to meet whatever needs you have. It is very customizable an the support team is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that they offer a customized application online and I can build my own application forms and follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have to improve on their features such as the calender and cascading form and also logining for applicant every year

I have been able to manage my scholarship and grant application and create reports
A major time-saver and great resource at our new play development org.
What do you like best about the product?
Submittable can instantaneously assign plays at random to each reader participating in our multi-step process, a task that used to require weeks of tedious work from our artistic staff. For our applicants, Submittable affords them the opportunity to review and revisit and change their applications. (With our previous platform, LiteraryManager.org, applicants couldn't go back or change their information or materials without compromising the integrity of our anonymous review process).
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some kinks to iron out as we have grown used to the new system, but we have benefitted from prompt user support from the Submittable team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Submittable to manage our open submission process for new plays, which is used by at least 700 playwrights each year. We also use it for our readers of submissions, which makes this process much more efficient.
Great grant management software
What do you like best about the product?
Auto email/bulk email feature makes it easy to notify applicants. Application forms are easy to update. Can perform an entire review process through WizeHive without much need from an outside source. Convenient place to keep track of records of applicants and reviewers. Also helpful with creating registration forms for events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat challenging to navigate. Needs more help options and tutorials to make the user experience much easier. Still some bugs that need to be fixed (including some issues with a few of the filters in application forms).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning on upgrading to a submission portal next year which will allow even greater ability to perform a multi-step application process, save user profiles, and allow easy follow-up with grant recipients in order to collect final reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are needing to collect and save a lot of data from grant applicants and reviewers, this is a great system to use. There are so many functions that can be utilized to maximize the grant review experience, and the support team is always helpful with answering any questions you may have about any step.
Excellent Mulit-Use Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to utilize multiple workspaces for different uses (grant processing, event registration, CRM, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the mobile integration to be a bit smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been able to organize, track, review and present findings on our grants in a much more efficient manner. It has also been much easier for the grant committee to review these as well.
