Effortless, easy to integrate, and a real time-saver!
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with multiple cloud vendors (GCP, AWS, Azure) is impressive. I primarily used the platform for two key tasks: integrating with AWS Marketplace and connecting HubSpot with AWS’s CRM, ACE. What stood out the most was how effortlessly the integrations were executed, saving a significant amount of time. Additionally, the co-sell analysis feature, which consolidates opportunities, leads, and insights into one centralized dashboard, is incredibly valuable. It streamlines the entire process and enhances efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few minor hiccups with the ACE HubSpot integration, specifically around the mapping process. Some issues arose where the mappings weren’t applied correctly, causing slight delays. However, overall, the platform still delivered solid performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenge was registering our highly configurable SaaS product on the AWS Marketplace, which wasn’t possible directly due to its complexity. Clazar solved this by enabling seamless integration and allowing our product to be registered as a SaaS offering on AWS. Another key use case was the integration between ACE and HubSpot. With Clazar, leads can now be transferred directly to ACE with just a few clicks, thanks to the pre-mapped configurations. This has made the entire process smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.
