Takes the pain out of launching on AWS Marketplace
What do you like best about the product?
Clazar made it incredibly easy for us to list on AWS Marketplace without having to deal with all the technical and billing complexities ourselves. Their platform is clean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need it to do , no fluff!! But honestly, what stood out most was the support: their team was proactive, responsive, and super knowledgeable about everything from private offers to how to qualify for AWS credits. It’s a no-brainer if you want to launch fast and do it right.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. If anything, I’d say some of the configuration flexibility could be expanded (e.g. around advanced usage tiers) or some more information sharing on companies with multiple offices or HQs and how that affects the AWS country account, but it hasn’t been a blocker for us. And to be fair, they’ve already iterated quickly when we’ve raised requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar helped us solve the biggest challenge we faced: getting listed on AWS Marketplace without pulling in heavy dev, finance, or legal resources. Managing billing models, usage dimensions, compliance, and private offers manually would’ve taken us months. With Clazar, we launched in weeks — and their team walked us through every step.
It’s also enabled us to open a new GTM channel with minimal lift, streamline procurement for our enterprise customers, and unlock access to AWS committed spend — all of which is helping us accelerate deal cycles and close more business.

What do you like best about the product?
I value Clazar’s cloud sales platform for its exceptional support, intuitive interface, and significant time savings. The onboarding process was seamless thanks to Clazar’s responsive team, who provided clear guidance at every step. The platform’s ease of use allows our team to quickly manage and update cloud marketplace listings without technical overhead. Most importantly, Clazar automates the complex processes of listing, transacting, and reporting, saving valuable time and enabling us to focus on growth and co-sell execution. It’s a purpose-built solution that makes cloud sales feel less like a headache and more like a strategic advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into a downside yet, Clazar is perfect for our current use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar is solving several critical challenges for us in managing our cloud marketplace strategy. Before Clazar, listing and maintaining offerings on AWS and GCP was time-consuming, manual, and required cross-functional coordination across legal, finance, and engineering. Clazar streamlines this by automating listings, transactions, and compliance updates helping to eliminate bottlenecks and reducing internal workload. It also provides visibility into co-sell opportunities and reporting that was previously fragmented or unavailable. With Clazar, we’ve transformed marketplace management from a reactive, resource-heavy task into a proactive, scalable growth channel that aligns with our broader cloud and partner strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was clearly laid out with a detailed checklist, which made it efficient for us to stay on track and ensured nothing was overlooked and the process kept moving forward. It was clearly defined what our action items were and what the Clazar team would take care of. The entire process required a minimal lift from our team. We had a clear visual of where we were in the process at all times.
Getting our listing live was quick and required minimal effort on our end thanks to Clazar’s clear guidance and efficient process. Ankit and Ankita have been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout—always ready to answer questions and provide support. It’s clear they genuinely care about our success.
The HubSpot CRM integration has been a game-changer! It has saved our team a significant amount of time by eliminating the need to duplicate data entry for AWS co-sell submissions. We've already submitted 11 co-sell opportunities directly through the integration, and the process has been fast, intuitive, and reliable. The sales team can see the AWS team assigned to the co-sell right in our CRM so there is no swivel chair between HubSpot and AWS for updates. We have a complete view of the opportunity in one system.

The only thing I wish it has was listing Analytics. For instance: How many clicks on our listing. Where did the clicks on the listing come from (a search, the web) what key words were used to bring up our listing. Was the video clicked on?

Super easy to implement, great customer service + does its job of streamlining co-sell
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Clazar for a while now, and the Salesforce integration has been a game-changer for our team. It’s made managing opportunities so much easier and has streamlined a lot of our workflows. I actually brought Clazar over from my last company because I knew how valuable it could be. The team is incredibly agile and responsive, and as a young company, they’re actively seek and are open to feedback, which means we’ve had the ability to help shape the roadmap in meaningful ways. On top of that, they’re just genuinely kind people. They were super supportive through the setup process and have continued to be especially as AWS rules/APIs continue to evolve. Finally, SUPER easy/fast to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Clazar's fault, but due to evolving AWS rules, APIs, new features/functionality, sometimes things break and require fixing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar has taken a ton of the manual work out of managing our AWS co-sell motion. We used to spend a lot of time tracking down deal statuses, updating Salesforce, and trying to keep up with AWS’s evolving process. Now it’s all streamlined: everything syncs automatically. It’s made life a lot easier for our team and helped us move faster without things slipping through the cracks.

Ease of integrations with AWS systems and marketplace and ease of use and implementation versus trying to do all of this DIY
What do you dislike about the product?
the only downsize to this experience was not necessarily a Clazar issue but trying to figure out what was acceptable content from AWS...seems as sometimes content was rejected not because it was not accurate...rather because AWS had not knowledge of product capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
well we have not closed a sale yet, but I anticipate that the problem saving will be around the more automated deal processing as well as just having another avenue for our leads to buy our product.
Amazing support, and questions are answered rapidly and succinctly.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and create Private Offers with the major listings. The CS team is thorough, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

The Clazar team was very helpful in setting up our AWS Marketplace listing. They laid out the steps clearly, and were always on hand to help for any clarifications. We had a slack channel as well as a few calls, and everything went very smoothly.

There is nothing we disliked about using the Clazar Cloud Sales Platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar made the process of listing on cloud marketplaces incredibly simple - a seamless onboarding, an intuitive interface and smooth integrations with supporting tools Their customer support has been outstanding, responsive and dedicated from pre-sales to implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occasionally ran into minor issues with our listing publication and bi-directional tool synchronization - nothing that significantly disrupted our workflow though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar helped make listing our product on cloud marketplaces much easier - eliminated the complexity of managing the big three seperate;y separately. The platform streamlines managing our offer so we will be able to create & track offers directly to save time, avoid errors, and maximize GTM productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar's customer service has been A+. While the platform is easy to use and straightforward to integrate, their customer service is what really sealed it for me. We needed to move fast, get up and running in AWS Marketplace quickly, updated listings quickly during product launches as well as integrate with HubSpot. From the pre-sales process through the implementation and operation of our system, their customer support has been fantastic. It's like I have several other members of the team I can rely upon. And this allows me to scale my activities in other areas to that meaningfully impact the growth of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plaform itself had a couple bugs around listing publishing and HubSpot bi-drectional synch. But honestly, I 100% expected those sort of issues and the customer support to walk me through the issues and setup completely overshadowed these expected implementation hickups. I actually would say these issues actually showcased for me how responsive, effective and supportive the Clazar team could be.
