What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the platform as well as the customer success associated with the solution.

I have not encountered any problems, because if there ever is an issue, it gets resolved by the team.

Clazar brings clarity and efficiency to marketplace finance operations

What do you like best about the product?
When starting to work with marketplaces, the financial side requires defining a lot of processes and handling data from very scattered sources. Clazar makes this much easier by providing visibility and simplifying data extraction, since each marketplace normally has information dispersed in ways that are not very accessible.
The feature I use the most is the payouts module, which is key for reconciling collected invoices. Another major advantage is their Slack-based support team: responsive, available, and always willing to help with new use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate it if the menu structure were standardized. Currently, it follows the logic of AWS and GCP platforms, which means that finding the same type of information (like payouts) requires navigating through different paths depending on the marketplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What problems is Clazar Cloud Sales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Clazar solves is the ability to manage private offers from end to end directly within Clazar, without having to switch between AWS and GCP consoles. This centralization saves a lot of time, avoids operational mistakes, and gives our finance team a clear and consistent workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Their team was very prompt and quick to help us get started. We were on a tight deadline and they still made it happen for us. Always prompt in communication as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific that stood out for me that i can point out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to go live on the AWS Marketplace and were under a tight deadline. We were referred to the Clazar team who helped us get started & ready to go very quickly. In a lot of places they did the heavy lifting so that it saved us time.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar has taken a lot of the manual work out of keeping our AWS marketplace listings and deals up to date. Their team is easy to work with and quick to respond when we run into questions. The product saves us time, but we’ve also noticed that the value really depends on how much the team actually uses it.

It keeps listings accurate, pushes deals into ACE automatically, syncs data with tools like HubSpot, and gives a clearer picture of what’s happening with marketplace deals. Great Product for Onboarding and Scaling with AWS

What do you like best about the product?
Previous Response: Onboarding with hyperscaler marketplaces can often feel overwhelming, with too much content and a steep learning curve. You really need someone who understands the listing process, integrations, and how to effectively market to sellers. That’s where the Clazar team came in. They supported us across the board—helping with integrations (including CRM), showing us how to claim additional cloud credits, and giving us an easy way to load and track new sales opportunities. Their platform has become part of our daily workflow. The implementation team (and customer support) was not only knowledgeable but also highly responsive, making the whole process smooth and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previous Response: I’d love to see more robust reporting features added to the platform. Another improvement would be the ability to easily share updates or newsletters directly with AWS PSMs and account teams within Clazar. While it’s possible to do this through CRM reports, that process feels a bit cumbersome compared to having it built right into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Clazar platform is force multiplier for our partner team, allowing us to load, manage, follow up, etc. with few people rather than one dedicated admin doing the partner channel work.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy both the technology and the professional services that come with the service. The technology proves to be a valuable overlay that streamlines workflows and provides a better UI that is unified across the different hyperscalers we work with. This reduces time spent in needing to learn and switch between different systems, as well as, automating arduous, manual tasks. The professional services team is invaluable to guide and support the set up and ongoing questions that arise as we get deeper into the sales motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to date - we are looking forward to using the new automation and buyers intelligence tools to make our processes more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar is helping to set up and optimize our GTM strategy within cloud marketplaces. The system is providing integrations and a user friendly UI to be able to scale our strategy with minimum headcount.

What do you like best about the product?
From an accountant's perspective, Clazar stands out for the reporting capability it offers. Marketplace listing platforms offer limited reporting and insights functions. Clazar offers reporting features that are not easily accessible through marketplace, making it an incredibly useful tool for accountants and finance teams.

With the help of the Clazar support team, I was able to create detailed, customizable reports that helped with reduce the time to reconcile fees and forecast billing scheduled and cash flow. I highly recommend this platform for your revenue tracking needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clazar is still working out some early kinks, but the team is incredibly receptive to feedback and consistently quick to implement needed solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar makes it incredibly easy to list and manage our software across cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) without having to deal with all the complexity ourselves. The platform abstracts away the messy parts of marketplace onboarding, listing, Co-Sell and entitlement management. Their team is responsive and knowledgeable, and the product feels purpose-built for ISVs who want to scale cloud sales quickly. We were able to get live in weeks instead of months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the workflows require leaning on Clazar’s team for support instead of being fully self-service. That said, their pace of improvement is fast, and the team is receptive to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar removes the heavy lift of getting listed and transacting through cloud marketplaces. Normally, standing up marketplace offers involves complex integrations, managing private contracts, and ongoing maintenance across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Clazar automates and manages this entire process, so we can focus on selling rather than building marketplace plumbing.

The benefit is faster time-to-market, increased revenue opportunities through marketplace deals, and reduced reliance on internal engineering resources. It also gives our customers flexibility to purchase through their cloud commit, which shortens sales cycles and makes procurement easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar has dramatically simplified our cloud marketplace strategy. What stands out most is the platform’s ability to unify listing, co-sell, and revenue operations across AWS, and Azure—without requiring a dedicated engineering lift. The Salesforce integration is especially valuable, as it allows us to manage offers, metering, and buyer insights directly within our existing workflows. Their intuitive UI and automation features enable us to launch and iterate quickly, even during product updates or partner tier changes.

As a Partner Operations Manager, I need tools that scale without drama. Clazar eliminates the friction of managing multiple cloud marketplaces separately. It streamlines quoting, discounting, and private offers, helping us maintain clean data and accelerate GTM execution. Their customer support is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive from onboarding through implementation. It feels like having an extension of our team that understands both the technical and strategic sides of cloud sales.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Clazar is incredibly effective at streamlining cloud marketplace operations, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasionally, we’ve encountered minor hiccups with listing publication and bi-directional sync—especially when integrating with tools like Salesforce or during rapid product updates. These issues didn’t derail our workflow, but they did require manual intervention and support follow-up.
Additionally, the platform’s customization options for reporting and dashboard views could be more flexible. For teams managing complex partner tiers or co-sell motions, deeper filtering and segmentation would help surface insights faster.
That said, Clazar’s support team is highly responsive, and most issues are resolved quickly. The platform’s strengths far outweigh these limitations, but there’s room for refinement as they scale.

With Clazar, we’ve eliminated that overhead. The platform automates everything from listing setup to revenue recognition, integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, and gives us a centralized dashboard to manage private offers, buyer journeys, and co-sell motions. What do you like best about the product?
Clazar is a powerful yet easy to use tool that makes multicloud integration simple, You’re working with GCP, Azure, or AWS, all from a single platform. It’s very user friendly when it comes to integration and maintenance since most of the key features are built in. You can easily schedule jobs with the Clazar automation tool, and the best part is that all the information is right there in a Salesforce widget for quick access.

Aside from the Clazar tool itself, one of the best aspects is their support and integration team, they’re very easy to reach and usually respond within 1–2 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t run into any major roadblocks with Clazar. It would be nice to have a dashboard view within Salesforce, but that’s more of a nice-to-have than a functional limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not all tools provide native integration with Salesforce, which meant we previously had to manage data manually through loading and comparisons—a big challenge when working across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
