Seamless AWS Marketplace Onboarding with Exceptional Support

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar's Cloud Sales Platform offers a seamless, well-structured, and professional onboarding experience. The pre-sales process stood out as it was grounded in real conversations and achievable timelines, making the entire journey smooth and predictable. Giovanni Rodriguez, the pre-sales specialist, demonstrated outstanding professionalism, addressing all our questions promptly—even while traveling internationally. He offered us a competitive price, understanding our constraints as an early-stage startup, and provided the necessary flexibility to accommodate our needs. The actual onboarding process was equally efficient, thanks to Ankita Sharma, whose professionalism and dedication ensured that we had the necessary guidance and support during US hours. Clazar’s quick turnaround and proactive support made the entire process a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike about the Clazar platform; however, some of the onboarding forms, particularly during the preview phase, could benefit from additional UX testing to enhance usability and clarity. That said, Clazar’s team was highly receptive to feedback, and any issues raised were addressed and rectified almost overnight, demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar Cloud Sales Platform has streamlined the often complex and time-consuming process of getting listed on the AWS Marketplace. As an early-stage startup, navigating the intricate onboarding procedures, compliance requirements, and technical documentation can be overwhelming. Clazar simplified this journey by providing a structured, step-by-step approach, ensuring that we met all AWS requirements without unnecessary delays. Their knowledgeable team, particularly Giovanni Rodriguez and Ankita Sharma, provided hands-on support, guiding us through forms, processes, and best practices, which significantly reduced our onboarding effort and accelerated our go-to-market timeline.

The platform’s tailored approach, which takes into account the unique challenges of startups, allowed us to onboard efficiently while maintaining focus on our core business operations. With Clazar’s help, we were able to achieve AWS Marketplace listing quickly and confidently, enhancing our visibility and enabling new revenue streams.

What do you like best about the product?
The Clazar platform is great for supporting both our Co-Sell and Marketplace Management needs, and their team was top notch at getting us up and running right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only constructive feedback I have is that sometimes the updates made to a listing aren't immediately available in the 'Preview' mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar helped us build out our AWS Marketplace listing and advised us on best practices surronding usage-based pricing, product discoverability and operational best practices. They also helped us integrate our CRM with the AWS Partner Network system for improved co-sell alignment.

A HASSLE-FREE AND SEAMLESS INTEGRATION

What do you like best about the product?
I did not use Clazar in my current organization but this was actually a part in my older company, we used Clazar for integration of different platforms. We were facing issues with Marketplace onboarding on AWS and Clazar helped us bigtime doing that. Apart from this, Clazar also helped in streamlining our alliances effort by integrating our CRM with our cloud vendor's CRM. The best thing, it was all done withing 5 days, without any techincal efforts. Everything was done without a single need of a tech resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all to be honest! The implementaiton was so smooth, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrated multiple CRMs through Clazar as well as we were using it to streamline our co-selling motion with a leading cloud vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Clazar for ACE integration as well as AWS Marketplace onboarding. It was such a smooth and easy process. The best thing, the integration support with Azure, GCP and AWS, as well as with CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce. It was hassle free and easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there wasn't any big problem, the only thing I would compaint is about the initial problems I faced with the ACE integration, rest was all butrery smooth!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To integrate to HubSpot with ACE and onboard on AWS Marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is seamless and the best thing was being able to use it with AWS, GCP and Azure all support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A challenge I faced was with the the ACE and Hubspot integration, for a few times the integration did not work at once. However later on it was solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prodcut was highly customisable, a customer cannot come and directly login to the platform and start using it. To be on AWS Marketplace, this was important. Clazar helped with the same, the complete onboarding was done in less than 2 days.

What do you like best about the product?
When we switched to Clazar, we wanted a responsive platform that could also streamline marketplace operations and help us drive a high-converting co-sell pipeline. Clazar didn’t just automate our entire cloud sales process; they also ensured backward integration with our CRM so we could manage all opportunities from a single dashboard. We are confident that Clazar can continue scaling our co-sell operations with AWS and Azure
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Azure co-sell took some time. The cloud provider's support was inconsistent, and a Clazar solution expert had to figure out a workaround to complete our setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar supports us with end-to-end cloud sales automation. This involves accurate and error-free opportunity sharing and a robust view of deal details, including buyer-propensity scores, key stakeholders and partners, and additional sales context for every deal. As a result, our team spends less time manually updating partner portals or actively tracking input data and more time building meaningful alliances. Ultimately, we can share clean opportunities with the hyperscalers, co-sell confidently, and free up sales and partnerships bandwidth to pursue more strategic tasks.

Clazar the Easy button for Cloud Marketplace

What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is rather easy to use. The different cloud providers all have different UIs. It's great to centralize it in one place. The support and success team act as advisors and consultants. It gets you on the marketplace super fast, and then they lend their expertise to you. We got on AWS in what seemed like less than 2 weeks. We will repeat the process with Azure and they already drafted a listing making it easy for me to review and publish. Very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is typically fast, but sometimes can be slow. They are already addressing this area as they continue to scale and grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving getting listed and transacting on the marketplace. There are many players in the space. Their pricing, support, and expertise are their differentiators.
