Flexible to configure customer's existing CMDB & Asset configurations

Desk agents can able to view Users workstation details which helps them proactively address their issues

Nexthink takes IT support to the next level by providing an in-depth look at a system, providing valuable information to support analysts
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing the portal can be slow and unfriendly interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagnosing IT problems quickly and being proactive in support. Using Nexthink we have been able to increase our first call resolution by providing faster, more accurate support

incident connector cannot pull up Mac os systems

The NexThink client does not support linux environments, only windows can be monitored
