Its unique proposition for corporate end user community
Easy to configure portals and dashboards
Multiple level of drill down to find cause for a trend and ability to resolve

What do you dislike about the product?
Dasboards for IT management view can be more modern and interactive. The version I worked with had limited options

Nexthink is a market leader. But there are other companies offering similar products and services for some one to review and take a decision on whats best for them. What makes Nexthink unique is its thoughtful design of solutions required for the IT support serving corporate end user community. Its ability to integrate seamless with IT support, ITSM tools, Management dashboards and friend communication with end users along with its core ability of analytics and remote self heal makes it a great choice
Nexthink helps in proactive monitoring and providing solutions by identifying the root cause.
What do you like best about the product?
It has option to drill down to identify the root cause for any issue. It gives real time data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can identify the issues but to implement the solution have to depend on different team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BSOD issues, crash issues, High CPU utilization etc.

- Implementation process, significant roadblocks, and hurdles
- Feature limitations
- Sales process, lots of significant promises that were not possible
- Employee (AppLearn) turnover
- Trails
- Lack of connectivity between systems
- Lack of support for navigiating between pages in the same system
- Lack of security configuration support (granted, also limitation caused by other vendor API options)
- Hours of support - we had assumed AppLearn would meet customer hours in North America, however, we have had to adapt to UK hours

Giving support to the organization with access to training and resources where they are—reduction in training hours and HelpDesk tickets—increased confidence and experience with processes. Currently available across three enterprise systems and pending release and configuration to several others.

- Complete comprehensive references prior to signing the contract
- Have a comprehensive legal review of said contract
- Confirm your desired processes and configurations are possible
- Set clear expectations and level of professionalism with the implementation team immediately
- Use a respectable level of assertiveness when dealing with AppLearn

Seamless integration with our cloud systems for a great user experience

Need support for on-prem applications (non-browser based)

We are reducing training effort and calls to the Help Desk by putting our tailored training material literally right at the users' fingertips

- It shows in-depth activities of devices including executions and number of connections.
- We can analyze and get a hint of issues before they create a huge impact on infrastructure or end-user systems.
- We can fetch user/computer details from Nexthink, including their OS and hardware configuration.
- We can check what applications have been installed and at what time the installation occurred.
- Creating dashboards, metrics, categories, and services is a very easy process or task.

Cant set end dates to smart pages so have to manually deactivate them

Supports HR in completing actions correctly by using wilbur help as its easy to find and the user can access materials easily without going off page which encourages uptake
We can also see which users are viewing which pages and viewing which help materials which helps us assess the effectivness of comms and training - and identify potential holes in our processes
