IBM Maximo Performance
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to manage the asset maintenance and inventory.
We can analyze performance.
we can calculate labor cost and maintenance cost
Work centers are good, especially inspections, many customers are using it.
Users can do instpection for some sepcfic work orders.
Start centers are easy to maintain. Clients are happy to see their KPIs on the dashboard.
Email interaction is helpful for the approval process for management.
It's easy to create the processes in Maximo for management approval on different applications.
Automation scripts application is beneficial to add some condition according to the business.
Integration with the external systems is easy using restful and web services.

What do you dislike about the product?
IBM Maximo anywhere is not user-friendly. We need to do many tasks to deploy the ios app if customize.

The new-look n feel is not good.
Sometimes Start centers resultsets took too much time to load.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily maintenance work (SR, Work order issuance ) based on work.
Issuance of material based on work order can help to maintain the inventory.
The store can keep track of inventory, and if needed, they can check the history of work orders that how much material is used in one year to keep the stock in stores.

Application Designer is the most exciting thing, but I think this needs to be more simplified for the user to build new applications in IBM Maximo quickly.

The integration Process needs to be improved.

One EAM tool with all features to manage assets from procuring to disposal.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep track and monitor our assets in one place. My work mainly adding assets to tool and assigning it to users and keep track of assets and inform management on assets status. The dashboard is very helpful for me. This tool made it easy for us to pre-plan on our assets procurement. The mobile app is very helpful for me where I can share information with the manager at any time.

There is a dislike for this tool. Perfect handy EAM tool.

The flexibility. the ability to ajdust to many business processes

the UI is a bit overbearing and daunting. especially to new users.

Preventative Maintenance Programs are improving by using the tool . Also improving management of storerooms/ toolcribs.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Adding, assigning, and Tracking assets in this tool is very comfortable. Before It was difficult for me to send asset information manually to management. After started using this tool, my work becomes very comfortable. I can easily add assets and update the status. Now, Information regarding assets status management can see any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I didn't face any issues with the tool. Easy to understand and start work. There is nothing to dislike.

Monitoring assets. Updating time to time status. Conducting monthly review meeting.

The UI is sometimes it is slow to load. Other than that, it is excellent.

what you get is a totally automated experienced that is powered by IBM's intelligent solutions. I love the monitoring aspect and how it gathers insights to help make quick decisions as you get not just a computerized maintenance management system but also an Enterprises Assets management platform as well

The cost might be a little high, but I would say the level of assets and project determined how long we used this. But if you have a heavy need for it, its the best in the market

What do you like best about the product?
All is good with this product. Very easy to integrate with lots of products. When it comes to monitoring, it's very useful. We can view all the details from one place and can easily retrieve the data that we want.
