Good cad software with an easy interface, but far from flawless
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward assembly structure with possibility to edit parts in the context of an assembly
Part families that can be edited with excel
user expressions
Coupling with PLCsim advanced is very easy
A lot of preprogrammed MCD functions (conveyor, linear actuator, kinematic chain)
It is easy to start making simulations with MCD

What do you dislike about the product?
embarrasing performance of the physics engine (MCD): even small amounts of collision bodies cause the time scale to drop below one. Additionally, the simulation is often unphysical with objects randomly flying away.
the lack of a search function in the keyboard shortcut menu
high price compared to similar software and even then a lot of basic functions are still behind a paywall
Documentation/manual not always existing or clear for all functions.

We use NX CAD mainly for the MCD functionality to test mechanical concepts and PLC programming

What do you like best about the product?
I think that nx is the best because
We can edit any model made in any cad software
It has lot more feature compared with any other cad software

Nx cad consumes RAM memory that's why it make the software slow

NX CAD best software for modelling
What do you like best about the product?
With NX cad I can edit any model quickly which makes NX cad stand on top position. It gives wider range of capabilities. With the help of this software I can deliver better products faste and more efficiently

Till now I don't face any difficulty so nothing to dislike about NX CAD

It is providing versatile modelling tools and I can access multiple commands. It has good user interface. It has ease of use and modelling can be done with speed.

Nothing but in surfacing need some improvement like Catia.

What do you like best about the product?
It has flexible licensing. Also very easy to modulute parts with very intuitive interface. What I like most in this software is using of multiple commands on modelling. You'll get a nice view of the surface and modelling design.

It consumes a bit of RAM memory. Otherwise if you need to build 3D models then this is right software

Better drafting than other softwares.

User friendly interface like SpaceClaim and Solidworks

Old kind of UI ,need a different kind of appearance

Basically I only NX CAD for modelling, After modelling we use the model for analysis in softwares like ANSYS
