Very useful and powerful software for engineers
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is how integrated the software is from concept design to manufacturing abilities. It saves you a lot of time and efforts. The multiple options it offers to solve a problem and offer solutions is very unique
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, it delivers all that is needed for my current projects and more than I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Concept design and ability to simulate and analysis before building the prototype is very important and makes life easier and more efficient resulting in increased performance.

What do you like best about the product?
the tool of finite element analysis, and that the program very very intuitive and easy to understand

when dealing with finite element analysis and simulations the program used to get very slow as well as the computer

I am a bioengineering student. I used NX for a proyect in my biomechanical subject, in which we had to design and test a hip prothesis for a total hip arthroplasty.

What do you like best about the product?
The stress analysis is very convenient for designing the prototype.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 3D wiring drawing is a little bit unfriendly to modify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NX CAD helps me finish the design which integrates the electrical and mechanical problems.
Useful finite-element modelling tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of NXcad is the possibility to simulate charges in an exhaustive and clear finite-element study.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that some functions are that sometimes it is overloaded if working at a high computational cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for modelling charges in a prosthetic and it benefits me as I can avoid taking this measurements experimentally reducing time and costs.
It is quite easy tu use and very intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
What i most line of Nx is all the different tools it has to create your own design. The program is also very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it has a lot of tool boxs to help you edit, maybe there are too much so you do not know how to use correctly each one

I use it during my studies.
Excelent user interface, tutorials and manuals
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the intuitive interface. Finding the tools one needs is easy, NX Manuals are filled with all the required information, and there are modeling tools for every industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is that some tools have many parameters that can be modified, which sometimes makes it difficult to understand what someone has to select to do what is needed. Also, sometimes there are errors that, to be fixed, you have to delete steps even though they should not influence such error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NX CAD makes it easy to design, which is helpful for every engineering student or professional working with assemblies or designs with complex geometries. Performance is increased because of the simplicity of editing and the number of tools to model different shapes, unions or design characteristics.

Love the UI and how efficient it was to create designs

The layout for rendering is a little confusing for a first time user

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility in terms of 3D CAD and FEA, and easily adaptable because of simple UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not in much use by my peers/clients/colleagues, needs a wider reach.

What do you like best about the product?
The FEM analysis features NX Siemens has are very complete and easy to use/user friendly. Both for designing and meshing, and for results evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features about CAD design are not so user friendly, but overall there are not many things I dislike. Great software both for beginners and more advanced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly FEM analysis, as stated before, it has really helpful features.
I found NX CAD as a user friendly software for 3d modelling. We get faster results for product model

Faster results for product models compared to the other software. As a design engineer, i found it very helpful.

I currently don't have any disliking points as I am a new user of NX CAD.

It helped me with quick problem-solving, and the visuals of the product are fantastic.
