I use the NX CAD for 4 years and i did tasks simply, the software with functions and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Parasolid mode. import from much other software, NX CAM
What do you dislike about the product?
the size of the Step file is too big, size of the file
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used NX CAD for my job 4 years ago and it helped me to design 3D and programming CNC programs.

amazing software for CAD
What do you like best about the product?
Nx is the very software for manufacturing design. I have used it for five years. Simplicity and multi-functionality. The interface is also beautifully designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Animating in NX is a bit difficult. A large video card is required for rendering. Opening a file in step format is a bit confusing. I don't know any other problem during my short career.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is straightforward and does not take much time to make a prefabricated structure. The level of accuracy is high. One sketch can perform several operations, which leads to time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
friendly interface and ease of commands to use and its very easy to understand there is no problem overall its good experience for me to use that software i like
What do you dislike about the product?
selecting command and tabs are very hard to remember and solidworks software is much easier than this i use solidworks for now but i also use NX for some time according to requirement

Easy to use. No update cycles like in other CAD applications.

Surface Design doesn`t allow all kinds of Operations. It's an 8 of 10. However, there is still potential for the top.

I learned this software at CEMS, powai. It is not very easy to learn and proper guidance is required. This software is powerful cad software which is best for large scale applications. You can also edit cad files from diff. softwares using synchronous modelling

NX CAD is a complete PLM software and it's commonly suitable for working professionals having more than 5 years of experience. Industries can integrate the software as per their requirements.
The best part of the NX Cad is that it's very handy and easy to understand. I have used many design software but I found that NX is the best when it comes to creating 2D Draft sheets from 3D models and one can easily model the 3D designs. It gives optimized 2D views which can be modified as per our requirements. One can set digital definitions to the CAD data which is very useful for drafting In terms of 3D modeling, the NX Cad has powerful tools which are available with ease of access in GUI.
NX also supports the best ever photorealistic rendering.

The NX Cad software can be integrated over a server but the collaboration or sharing of the files is a somewhat trickier part. The important productivity feature that is user roles and permission management is not up to the mark
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using NX CAD for 3D CAD model cleanup which can be used for FEA modeling. If some parts are easy to model then I used to model them and make the 2D drafted sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
NX CAD provides one of the most user friendly Parametric modelling experience. It helps us in easy update to the CAD models using the Assembly tree structure which can be updated as per one's preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features which needs more update on NX CAD tool is the surface modelling feature. The surface modelling feature can be upgraded to enhance user experience. In addition to this the drafting tools can also be updated so that constraints can be selected automatically based on the sketch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NX CAD helps us in providing design solutions and to our customers using it's enhance user interface system. It also provides a Checkmate feature which helps in reducing the errors in the 3D model as well as the 2D sketch as far as possible.
