What do you like best about the product?
VM's backup & File and folder level backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different to reach the customer support via ticket raising with the portal access.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is really good. Easy to Integrate.

Backups sometimes fail, we should be getting more detailed errors.

We are using it for our server backups.
Veeam is a true and tested platform, having evolved amd maintained a top spot over the year!
What do you like best about the product?
Its versatility and being vendor agnostic - offering a centralized management platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any gaps. I see Veeam as a platform to beat. However, I've not heard much about their AI capabilities or roadmaps.

Providing a robust and reliable fallback for disaster recovery

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation. VMs are uses on a daily bases and multiple features which becomes very useful. The integration is also easier with good customer support whenever you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't encountered any down side of the Veeam so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data replication & DR has been the issue and with the Veeam, its been very helpful to implement and execute these tasks.

Simple tool which has scale, security, simple use backup, recovery, replication, data protection, data migration, data tiering

i see most of the features are user friendly but not educated to user properly.

Backup data tiering, fully native, aged data moves to respective tier without doing multiple jobs.
