Centralized Care Management with Helpful Support

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that StoriiCare keeps everything for our residences and home care in one system and is relatively easy for staff to learn. It reduces the mental load of remembering where documentation lives and helps our team focus more on residents instead of paperwork. The care plan templates are especially helpful, as they save our RNs a significant amount of time and help ensure consistency across residents. The family portal is a great feature that improves transparency and communication with families, allowing them to see updates and feel connected to their loved ones without us having to send separate emails or reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
More quick-select and checkbox options would make real-time charting faster for staff. One of the main areas for improvement is the lack of true checkbox or quick-select inputs in note sections. We've had to build workarounds by creating tables inside of notes where staff manually type yes/no or initials to indicate completion of ADLs or care plan elements. While this works, it's slower and less intuitive, especially for CNAs documenting in real time on a phone or tablet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use StoriiCare to centralize documentation, improve communication, and simplify compliance tracking. It reduces missed handoffs, eases the mental load on staff, and allows us to focus more on residents. The care plan templates save time and ensure consistency, while the family portal enhances transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
StoriiCare is a user-friendly EMR that’s well suited for day program purposes. It’s easy to navigate and works well for the needs of a day program setting. Integration of StoriiCare has been smooth and near effortless thanks to their friendly and supportive customer service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any “dislikes” we’ve had (and there really aren’t many) have been met with gratitude, along with a clear eagerness to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StoriCare has helped our program work more cohesively by bridging communication gaps across interdisciplinary departments, while also keeping us compliant with state regulations.

Exceptional Customer Experience and Seamless Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the StoriiCare team truly cares about their customers and the customer experience. They are always there within minutes to help solve problems, navigate forms, and different workflows. It doesn't cost extra money either, and I never feel like I'm being sold more of their product. The product speaks for itself. Also, setting up StoriiCare was incredibly easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features like the messaging portal are a bit clunky and sometimes things glitch. However, the SC team is on it! They always update their features and I love that you can see the updates changing in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StoriiCare solves absolutely everything for our adult day program, from documentation and client record tracking to communication with our onsite and virtual team.

What do you like best about the product?
I want to give the Storii team credit for their willingness to get on video calls and also send us videos to try to help when issues have arisen. As other reviewers have said, their software is customizable, and I think at times that causes some hiccups in roll-out, but it does allow for the software to be adapted to meet our needs. The owner of the company is also willing to get on these calls, and if it is a software issue or a "storii issue" they take ownership and have resolved our issues.
I really like the family app option and the sign in process in connection with an IPAD and a link has made attendance much easier. We were doing a paper sign in method previously that was very time intensive for logging in our previous software.
The software can also be put on IPAD for the staff to document in real time who is participating in what activities, provided the activity calendar is done in the Storiicare system. This puts some of the responsibility on the team members and gives them ownership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm old school and I still wish there as a paper manual that I could have held in my hand and used it to learn the features, but I realize that is not how things are done anymore! We did have some challenges with roll out and it is overwhelming to learn all new software. I thought our families would use the app more than they have; that was a bit challenging to get that started, and I wish the families could message us directly from the app without us having to start the text chain. I also would love it if I could upload a ton of pictures and maybe "tag" certain participants so they would show up in their loved one's profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The attendance feature, logging in with the Ipad is helping us with attendance.
The feature allowing us to assign staff to tasks and have them marked when complete is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Storiicare makes it incredibly easy to complete member paperwork, keep files organized and 100% digital, and plan the calendar on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing feature is still not optimal, I continue to use Quickbooks. Also, checking in members - if this could be a bit easier that'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick calendar creation; identifying which members are coming each day.

What do you like best about the product?
Storiicare offers an amazing resource and tool for service providers - whether you are in the health care industry to social services for adults with ID/DD, this platform has an all-in-one, inclusive tool that allows you the opportunity to schedule activities and track engagement, monitor attendance, write progress notes, and create an HCBS - person-centered online profile.
Since our partnership, we have scaled back on the hands-on demands of paper. Our staff can use their device, iPad or computer to track all of this. However, the number one thing that separates Storiicare from other platforms is their customer service and onboarding teams. They have spent countless hours helping my team and I get set up on their platform. If we have a question, they will respond in a timely manner OR they send us a follow up video recording to refer back to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see StoriiCare translate progress notes in another language for my staff that do not feel comfortable writing in English - specifcally for Vietnamese, tagalog, spanish, and tongan.

Additionally, it would make work a bit easier if Storiicare was compatible with our Regional Centers billing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPPA compliant documentations and person-centered compliance with the regional center

Communication made easy

What do you like best about the product?
StoriiCare is very straight forward, anyone can use it! They are a direct line to families which makes everyone job easier. The StorriCare team is very easy to contact with when we have questions. They also are always open to suggestions, it truly makes us feel heard. Our favorite features are the member tags and member profile! All staff uses StoriCare every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
StoriiCrare is very easy to use. The CRM is something we have has some trouble with but we know it is in its Beta phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StoriiCare helps us track who is in our Adult Day. We know exactly what time a member has arrived and what time they have left. It tells us all the information anyone could need incase of an emergency. It has become a way familes and staff can communicate about there loved one.

What do you like best about the product?
StoriiCare was easy to implement, learn, use and integrate into many different roles and functions within our organization. Staff use StoriiCare daily, several times a day, to log information about participants from attendance to activities to health information and their unique likes and dislikes. It allows us to get know our participants more thoroughly and help with activity and care planning as well as communicate rapidly with staff and families. Being able to customize and generate reports has been very helpful and critical for grant reporting and billing as well as understanding the changing needs of those we serve. Storiicare's customer service is excellent and I really appreciate that they listen to suggestions and follow-up with new features based on feedback from their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to suggest for improvement

Improved and timely communication with staff; reporting; maintaining updated participant records that assist with careplanning.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST EHR SOFTWARE THAT IS TRUELY CUSTOMIZABLE TO YOUR NEEDS

What do you like best about the product?
When searching for an EHR we struggled finding something that was customizable and fit our needs, it wasn't until we came across StoriiCare that we found what we were looking for! It is user friendly and easily teachable to all staff, customizable to our needs, customer services in top notch, and is used daily with ease. StoriiCare listens to its customers needs and words hard to implement OUR ideas, they truly value their customers and their needs. They go above and beyond to ensure we have a program that helps make our everyday easier, allowing us to spend time where it is most important - with our participants. I couldn't have asked for a better program to use for our Adult Day Care! Cameron and his whole team are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one thing we do not like! 100% recommend for anything wanting to elevate their program!

What do you like best about the product?
Storiicare has an extremely user-friendly interface that anyone can understand and adapt to. Here at the Seniors Resource Center, we value the efficiency and support we receive from the platform. Support is available instantly, whether from a live support agent or an extremely helpful chat agent. Our organization's integration has been complex, and Storiicare has been there to assist in planning, and most importantly, leveraging its ability to support us in mass uploads and other time-consuming projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Storiicare meets our organization's needs, because they are expanding and advancing their platform, sometimes we are meet with random bugs. However, once the bug is identified, it is made a priority to fix, providing a schedule of when the issue will be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Storiicare our organization was very traditional; this EHR platform allowed us to migrate all integrated service processes and procedures to digital workflows. This optimized compliance and reporting, as well as the day-to-day operations, are in a central location for team members to access.
