What do you like best about the product?
As someone deeply involved in fraud strategy, I appreciate how Prove's identity verification and authentication solutions go beyond static identifiers by leveraging real-time mobile signals. This approach drastically reduces false positives while enhancing user trust—a rare combination in the fraud prevention space.
Their ability to provide deterministic identity signals using the mobile device as a proxy for trust is game-changing, especially in an era where synthetic identity fraud and account takeover attempts are increasing. Prove’s Trust Score and passive identity verification not only streamline the customer onboarding process but also help businesses make smarter, risk-aware decisions without sacrificing conversion rates.

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Prove is the additional cost associated with retro studies or historical data analyses. In many cases, these studies are essential for evaluating performance, tuning fraud strategies, or building a business case for continued investment. Charging separately for retro studies—especially after already paying for the core product—can feel restrictive and may discourage deeper analytical exploration or collaboration between teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prove solves key challenges in identity verification and fraud prevention by leveraging mobile intelligence and real-time trust signals. This enables us to reduce synthetic and third-party fraud, minimize false positives, and streamline customer onboarding with passive, frictionless verification. As a result, we make faster, more accurate decisions while improving both fraud capture and user experience.
Great partnership + cutting edge tech
What do you like best about the product?
The partnership we at BetMGM have with Prove is my favorite part. They are an awesome group of people and loads of fun. On top of that, they are extremely knowledgeable about all their solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that much... One thing on my wish list is perhaps a little more proactive with getting in front and scheduling Quarterly Business Reviews.

Customer friction and the ability to find higher risk customers right at the front door.

Is Authentify really Authentic?
What do you like best about the product?
Authentify provides customizable authentication by leveraging the sensors, computational power, and communication channels of a smartphone. It overcomes keystroke loggers and other risks, provides an authentication method that users will adore, and does away with the need to type passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it's new and occasionally visible, problems are resolved promptly. While help is reasonably responsive, waiting on support while interacting with customers can occasionally be a bit inconvenient. I do notice quick implementation of Authentify's input, and this is actually true of most tech right now.

Authentify API FLOW Review
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using authentify on daily basis. It is easy to implement the flow of the APis and it provides number of features which i have used in my codebase.The intergration with my codebase is vary smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support is no so good as it very fluctuating

I have able to reduce the risk associated with the authentication.

What do you like best about the product?
I have using Authentify from past 2 weeks, it is very easy to use and implement. AS it provides number of features, i have use it for Risk factor authentication.The ease of integration with my codebase is very seemless. I have use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen that customer support is not good for Authentify. It can be improved.

It reduces the risk and provides the authentication for me with helps me to analyze things.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that authentify allows you to skip filling out lengthy forms and that you can verify different businesses like websites or apps that partner with them. It feels safe and trusted

Sometimes there is limited availability with what is offered on Authentify, and there can be some tech issues sometimes. I'm usually not worried about privacy concerns but that could be something that comes up too

It allows for faster sign up, and easier verification. It helps save time and is more convenient and feels secure. It's nice to have an extra layer of security
Best way to protect and authenticate your identity
What do you like best about the product?
Once installed, it's user friendly and the application is compatible with my smart phone. I feel like there is an added layer of protection when trying to access my private and confidential information

There isn't much I dislike, only that it renders accessing something that should be quick more involved

Authentify is helping solve fraudulent access and potential hacks into personal and sensitive data by verifying identity. As consumerism and businesses go more and more online, the risk for cybercrime increases exponentially and as a result, consumers need applications that can protect their identity
