My secure authentication experience
What do you like best about the product?
okay so first of all, as far as i know about this software. This is all related to the authentication of virtual world for example it will authenticate your data, contacts, Leads and everything so that your all data will be secure and safe. it is easy to install or implement. so many feauture you can explore. and the cutomer support that is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
according to me its quite expensive. other than that everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my business leads and data are most important factor and every company has some fear to lost their data so mine too. but this software helped us out and we secured our data and leads too.
My experience with Authentify
What do you like best about the product?
Authentify's Multi factor authentication comes really handy while dealing with the security related tasks while developing an application that is fully focused on the users data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be more improvements with the current environment we are in. Since, technology is constantly evolving, there will be lot of security related risks which Authentify has to address and provide solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Authentify is helping to validate the users who are logging in our application and also provides multi factor authentication with its tools for increased security.

Prove stops fraud!
What do you like best about the product?
Prove PRO model represents the best technology in the marketplace that can stop fraud. The concept of using phone-centric identity verification is extremely effective in fighting fraud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current integration of the product is too cumbersome. The. Prove the onboarding team is very knowledgeable and compensates for the lack of automation. Ideally Prove would offer a widget or self-service portal allowing its clients to onboard with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prove helps to solve all the issues when it comes to fraud. Their technology when implemented fully will stop all fraud and helps you identify the real users and their identities.
Excellent Device and Possession Device Authentication Service
What do you like best about the product?
Prove is excellent in minimizing spoofed applicants. With every digital application we receive, we know whether the user's telephone number is in service and if they have possession of the phone. We also receive other demographic information about the applicant that help authenticate the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration side is complex and challenging. Not only do you have to tie into their API, but you also have a text solution in place. Ensure your development team is up to the task and that you test each potential response you receive from Prove.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prove helps minimize the number of fraudulent or spoofed applications we receive. In turn, we see few fraudulent applications and make better underwriting decisions. In short, it helps minimize losses due to fraud.
Solid service with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
The support is excellent, including a highly professional CSM assigned to our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contract negotiations could proceed faster and more smoothly.

Prove is helping us to better know our customers and validate that phone numbers provided by our customers are actually aligned to the customers and trustable.

The tools themselves are industry leading and have enabled our organization to improve authentication rates and performance over our previous provider substantially.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not yet identified any downsides; any issues have been resolved promptly and accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for authentication of identity and other potential fraud risk concerns in a digital environment. We have been able to improve our authentication rates by almost 10% allowing us to book more loans and revenue. Instant lnk technology has also enabled a more customer-friendly experience vs. previous voice-based solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prove brings a wealth of experience in mobile phone authentication and applicable use cases. They have outstanding coverage in US and CN and are great partners to work with.
Enhanced customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
There is a clear correlation between some of the information provided to us and fraud. The parameter additionalinfo tells us that at Prove's end there is a mismatch between phone and ssn. This helps us in mitigating risk. We also use prove to auto-fill the application form, reducing the chances of manual errors by customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have observed that Trust Score is sometimes very high value but the customer was a fraud case. There should me more indicators which should give us more insights on how trust scores are calculated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud prevention and auto-filling the application form. We sometimes also use it for deeper analysis on customer if we detect that customer may be a fraud case.

Prove can help in mitigating the risks and auto-filling the application. So it is helpful for both customers and business.

What do you like best about the product?
Prove has been a reliable source of information for our fraud prevention product, helping us identify potential fraudsters ahead of time and preventing abuse of our customer's systems. The support we get from our Customer Service Manager is good, and any questions about integration is readily answered in their documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is password-protected, which can make things a little inconvenient when I need to look something up quickly. The slight overlap in Trust vs Verify occasionally makes me do a double take on where I should be looking for information - better or more clear separation between the two product offerings may be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer onboarding is the main problem we use to solve with Prove, and Prove has reliably been able to provide us with the information we need to check and validate onboarding customers.
