Unique offering for phone-based MFA
What do you like best about the product?
Prove focuses on phone-based authentication and has the best solution suite for automatically authenticating someone based on a phone number.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is unclear and is not public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving multifactor authentication for validating user identities with a phone number.

This is unique technology that adds to our competitive advantage by helping us reach more members via telephone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced anything to dislike.

We are able to retrieve more complete member phone numbers to help us reach members and improve outcomes.

The downside currently is not having the reachability score. but that is something Prove is already working on

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to leverage a unique tool to drive increased patient engagement for our telephonic clinical services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not currently aware of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For MTM programs, a fair proportion of data we receive contains incorrect or missing phone numbers for patients. The ability to reach more patients through identifying accurate phone numbers through Prove allows our team to reach more patients to improve overall outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
The robust array of products they offer, from Payfone Pre-fill to soft Authentication like Payfone TrustScore & others like it, to even more Friction induced Authentication products like Instant Link, are quickly in my eyes becoming staples in which the future of the digital age will require. Which makes me even happier that we have them as our partner/vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to my mind, as from my point of view I think they are doing a fantastic job when it comes to supporting our usages, are quick/responsive with their timing, and have frequent touchpoints in which they are checking in with our usage of the products that we are using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is using Payfone Pre-Fill and other Authentication products to help drive up applications and drive down Fraud (for Authentication pieces).
Excellent Identity, Phone Number Verification & Authentication Products
What do you like best about the product?
Prove's frictionless approach to new account registrations via Pre-Fill and engagement via Fonebook has provided smooth experiences and security for our users. Prove can provide the freshest phone number data on an individual via Prove's Fonebook, as well as authenticate users every time they come back with Mobile Authentication and Behavioral Biometrics
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of Prove's products rely on third-party data such as Mobile Network Operations (MNOs) and Credit Bureaus, but their latest mobile-first products do not have this dependency and rely only on data gathered via SDK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of completing long forms for new account registrations using Pre-Fill, increasing doubling pass rates and increasing conversions. I am also saving time on contact centers by relying on Fonebook's authentication mechanisms instead of using the traditional knowledge-based questions. This saves both the user's and the agent's time.
Improved our user experience and increased signups by 22%
What do you like best about the product?
Prove Pre-fill is API-based so implementation was fast and fairly simple. We did have to do some customization, which took additional time but was worth it. Prove also had a CX consultant firm help us optimize our experience as an additional service, which was appreciated. We saw an almost immediate lift in completed registrations after implementing the Pre-fill API. Their customer support is also very good and attentive (good response time).
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like they are trying to keep their documentation very lean (Apple-style), which I get because it's a modern company. However, I would appreciate a little more documentation/materials. They have been rolling out more documentation and making enhancements so that's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we had was that we saw potential users navigate to our signup form and then abandon. From our analytics, it appeared that users were abandoning due to a lengthy form and also our identity verification process. We used Prove Pre-fill to authenticate users with less steps/frustration and also auto-fill the form with verified info. Since implementing, we've seen a 22% increase in signups.
Strong MFA suite of products
What do you like best about the product?
Prove's strong comprehensive suite of MFA products from OTPs to Behavioral Biometrics. Strong Passive and Active/Dynamic authenticators to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far, this is the best we've seen in market. No other vendor has been bale to offer us this full suite at a good cost and ease of setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing customer logins and updates with MFA. We love the strong waterfall of being able to access the full range of solutions for the particular security use case.

Prove's Fonebook solution streamlined our customer contactability immensely, reducing reliance on human call center intervention...all while lowering our frad rates!

We'd love to see a Fonebook consortium or more turnkey way of setup
