RAMP quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is most helpful that when using my business card it is linked to RAMP so my transactions automatically get loaded in and I don't have to take the time to manually add each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have to add receipts for accounting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me know what I have spent per my per diem and what I have left to spend at a quick glace.
It has been very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly UI, and the ability to upload receipts and notes via text message or email on-the-go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes receipts take a while to match, or are not identified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to manage business and travel expenses, as it expedites the reimbursement process.

Easy reimbursement. Easy integration with my phone.

Ramp is good! I have no overall complaints about the system.

Ramp is solving the issue of using company funds for work-related travel and lodging.

What do you like best about the product?
I can just text in my receipts which help me keep track of what I'm expensing nice never had a major issue using or learning this product. I left recommended this over any other product.

Nothing. It's pretty great all around. Keep it up

It solves how I keep track of my expenses monthly

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is incredibly easy to use and makes it easier to stay on top of expenses while also adding more security around using cards for business purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike that I've discovered. It has removed so much friction for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is a lifesaver for a small team or a team of one (in my case) by reducing a lot of the friction in staying on top of receipts and invoices, and getting them captured against the right accounts. I generally leave administrative tasks like this for last, which is not ideal. Ramp gets ahead of the cumbersome bits like data entry and uploading receipts, and also makes it easier to get transactions logged and documented in real time so I'm not sitting on a pile of receipts for a month before finally reconciling them against my budget.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about using Ramp for submitting Expense reports is the speed of service when it comes to receiving reimbursements. The ability to link my account directly is WONDERFUL!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything with Ramp yet that I haven't found satisfactory. Keep it up Ramp team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving issues with clarity in knowing how/when my reimbursements have been processed. With previous expense services it seems like things are up in the air to a degree.

It is easy to use submit the expenses and see the approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nee d a better view of conversion rates and the total amount left on a card.

I like how quickly i can submit a reciept and track my spending. Being able to just forward emaails from my email or personal are great

sometimes they text me and sometimes they dont - i wish it was more consistent where it would text me every time. also maybe a text reminder after 24 hours of no submit

idk i am just a field rep - guess it solvees me having to keep a bunch of recipts for no reason
