Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is incredibly easy to use and customer friendly. I like that you can upload via email / text / on the web and it is almost a fun experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you never quite know if the submission will work.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly app, along with the ability to easily store Ramp card(s) in apple wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the balance of my card(s) were displayed within my apple wallet. One other thing I wanted was a way to cover the cost with my personal card and that was actually released recently!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables the team to purchase home office equipment, monthly stipend, travel/offsite cards, etc. to spend/expense with ease.
Total Game Changer for our Finance Team
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Ramp since the beginning of 2023. It is, by far, the most intuitive user-friendly business software I've ever used. Our staff submit their receipts for credit card purchases in a very timely fashion. Even our less technically attuned team members find it easy to complete what can otherwise be a tedious process. The bill pay module has been an absolute game changer for us and our vendors couldn't be happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet! We are updating our internal processes in order to take full advantage of Ramp's features.

Streamlining both our credit card management and accounts payable processes.

A/P processing is much easier with Bill Pay, and the increased card spend visibility for end-users, managers, and administrators

Our company is able to close the book 5 days sooner becuase of the automation feature with Ramp

Ramp has a very good customer support team, which help us with the Intergration to netsuite and quickbooks

Their mobile app is user friendly and the team is able to keep a record of the expenses receipts
Ramp has made business purchases and accounting so much simpler.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that text messages when I use the card to immediately add the purchase and assign it to the correct spending account.

So far I haven 't found anything I dislike.

It has simplified our accounting by quickly adding purchases to the appropriate budget category.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has provided our small company with the resources and automation tools to eliminate the inevitable headaches caused by operations and finance. The integrations are incredibly helpful and the text notification system is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp's portal can be tough to use sometimes. There are times when I am looking to perform a certain function and it isn't clear to me how to get there. For example, I get lost when I try to pay a bill or need to update my bank account information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves the problem of retranslating expenses into QuickBooks by offering an integration. Bookkeeping is much easier now that I am a Ramp member and certain rules are set up to keep me organized.

I like that the webpage is easy to navigate. It's very easy to find the information you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints at this time.

I like that I don't have to spend my money first every time. Having a company card reduces the need for reimbursements. And it is very easy to track spending.
Automated
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been valuable to our organization because it provides automation, insights, and controls in our expense management process. It also integrates with Quickbooks which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I don't have any dislikes my overall experience with Ramp has been great! I've encountered no issues and they continue to improve and automate, which we appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved a very manual expense management process we previously had and it was mostly paper receipts so it digitized everything and minimized our paperwork and has saved labor hours as well approving expenses with the spend policies.
