Ramp is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is such a helpful way to manage and delegate within our school. We have so many moving pieces and being able to have multiple cards for classrooms where they can manage their own receipts takes a lot of stress off administrators!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky when you are missing a receipt and you get locked out of your card but I think it's not a downside, just tough to manage sometimes when it is out of your control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many needs from our classrooms and administration team and had to always find the right person with the right credit card. Now with ramp everyone has an assigned card for their specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Massive time savings when it comes to submitting documentation related to purchases. Impressive spending visibility, excellent customer service, and very well-designed apps and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No operational downsides. However, the MFA requirement does not honor login locations consistently and prompts aggressively even if you check "trust this device." Many administrators are also spenders. There is no easy way to force administrators to require approval for purchases. This may seem counterintuitive, but the alternative of giving them an alias is clunky. Even though an administrator can approve their own purchases, from the audit perspective, this would be valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to take hours for staff and financial admins to account for charges, make sure that spend was in line with policies, and track down receipts. Ramp has increased our efficiency and helped with all of those processes.
Convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the automation of credit card reporting. We went from tediously managing expenses with downloads on spreadsheets to efficiently processing through ramp with more accurate and efficient documentation and reporting. This has been a great improvement for our team on both the front-end and the back-end!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't very many cons with the ramp platform, but if I had to be picky, I'd say it would be help to have the ability to have a review hierarchy for the cc transaction review process. The ACH request queue system is great, so it would be awesome to have that for credit cards as well.
Additionally, it would be nice to be able to send consolidated reminders to cardholders from the Ramp Card review screen instead of having to click into each one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes it much easier for our cardholders to remember to gather and to submit their receipts. We have greatly improved in that aspect since switching over to ramp!

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and easy to figure out. I appreciate that it can cover all types of business expenses in an organized and clear way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, haven't had any problems with it.

It allows us to put in expenses and get paid quickly, so you don't feel like it's a hassle when purchasing something for the company on your credit card.

Impeccable timing to be notified about this review, I had just left a meeting giving all the praise to Ramp for their corporate virtual cards! Such an amazing product for our business, and the experience is delightful. Highly recommend using Ramp for any business!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything... it's an amazing tool that offered unlimited corporate cards for free. Only thing I think that could make the product even better would be a gmail or chrome extension, so expense invoices in my email were automatically submitted, or checkout fields were automatically filled out online. Otherwise it's as easy as it gets!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes turning up virtual corporate cards and managing expenses as simple as it gets. As a user, I was able to get up and running at our startup fast and with incredible ease.

Easy access to credit limits, transaction tracking, transaction filing, and receipt monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I receive notifications of transactions that are deemed "outside of scope" or "over the limit" despite not being the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is removing the hassle of administrative duties regarding expense and spend within our organization. I personally have found both the app and website super easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
it is very clear how to use the features in Ramp. I know exactly where to place receipts and which fields are required to get reimbursements. I also enjoy the one-off event feature, where I can create spending limits and personal credit for my direct reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if an explanation was required by spending owners if they reject a reimbursement so that the direct report understands why their request was denied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Ramp to manage regional expenses as well as tracking and requesting my own business expenses in my region. It is benefitting me in making sure spending transparency is followed across the company.
Makes it very easy to submit expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I can upload a picture of my receipt with ease, and a quick memo for my approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the iOS app is finicky, but other than that - not much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to send my director images through slack or email -> I can just upload my pictures and note within the memo. Boom. Done.

Most helpful is an all around Ap product, from reimbursements, to CCs

Not being able to set up approvals at the vendor level
