Quick, fast, effective, and cost saving
What do you like best about the product?
The immediacy of the transactions to pull in as soon as the card is swiped from the merchant. No more waiting 3 days. The cardholders update at the time of the transaction
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that all the pertinent transaction information comes in automatically to our Netsuite. The link to the receipts also is included. Only downside is the receipt pdf doesn't not pull in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly identifying where card transactions need to be applied in our Netsuite projects, categories and class designations.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very easy to learn quick, and saves so much time with user friendly features like uploading photos from your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Ramp in my opinion is the occasional incorrect matching of receipts, however this is rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is a huge time saver for the company I work for, and due to the ease of uploading photos of receipts, the team has improved significantly in reviewing their purchases.
Ramp is incredibly efficient and allows for tremendous visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Elimination of Paper Receipts. Tremendous visibility into purchases by card holder. Automatic notifications of shut down cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some trickiness in the Accounting upload functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy viewing of appropriate purchases by cardholder. Improved efficiency in invoice processing. Eliminated a position while gaining much more insight into purchases
So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates with Quickbooks. I have found that our monthly reconciliations have gone much smoother as I am able to categorize transactions almost immediately after they have happened.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I am not utilizing its full effects. I have tried to go in and learn about the different features, but have not been successful in implementing anything further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have moved away from collecting physical receipts which has improved our efficiency! It also allows us to provide our contractors with a temporary card so they are able to make purchases with ease.
Ramp for Marketing budget and expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on phone and desktop, I don't feel annoyed submitting expenses on Ramp like I have with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience as head of marketing, it's very easy for me to create cards for specific events to organize my budget. I don't have any issues. My finance team also did a nice job setting it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize transactions in one place that my team actually adheres to. Helpful for timely expense management and budgeting.
It's never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ramp sends timely reminders about sending in my purchase information -- I'm hugely forgetful and I appreciate the accountability!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user experience feels a bit glitchy -- I'll submit my missing expense items and won't see it reflected on my dashboard immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp keeps my mostly remote team accountable to spending and reporting to each other. Our work moves really quickly so it's helpful to have a tool to keep me in communication with my administrator.
Ramp Rave Review (RRR)
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the interface and how easy it is to get reimbursements taken care of, and how easy it is to add receipts for credit card payments. Getting notified about open tasks is helpful, and it isn't like other solutions I've used in the past where navigation and tracking down expenditures is a daunting task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really experienced any downsides of using Ramp. The day-to-day use of Ramp has been a positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use a virtual Ramp credit card for monthly business expenses and one-off purchases. We also use Ramp for expense reimbursement for business-related travel or other corporate policy reimbursements.
Ramp is Great. End of story.
What do you like best about the product?
my team loves them. They do everything we need them to do and more. They're responsive. My team is thrilled with the platform and we get the visibility and clarity we need to manage all of our cc finances.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I dislike is that Amex had really generous points, and Ramp doesn't really offer points systems, but they do offer cash back, but the points were a nice perk for the employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beforehand we used Amex and we had such a time organizing our spend and expense management. Amex is great, but not for running a proper biz.
Better than doing an expense report!
What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to deal with expense report. No need to have a card of my own or borrow from someone else!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really. Three levels of approval is most likely my organization, not Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to request funds
I just love it.
What do you like best about the product?
It's just so easy to create cards for every purchase and for the accounts people to know what the expense if for and what G/L is goes on. I can upload my receipts for matching right in the Slack app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like getting texts to my phone. I'd prefer to get Slacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Concur it was a manual process to code expenses. With Ramp, it knows exactly what each payment is for.
