I'm a Ramp user, have both physical and virtual credit cards.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and clarity, and nice features like receipts via email or slack app.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support for expenses/refunds if you live in Europe.
No easy support of physical credit cards in Europe (had to ship it to our CEO in USA).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My expenses, mainly for travel.
Streamlined Expenses...there should be no other way
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Ramp is how simple it is to have multiple virtual cards for various different purposes. You can have revolving cards for frequent expenses or have a budget cap that does not revolve. This is great as some projects have different needs than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of many downsides to Ramp. When we first started using Ramp, there were some controls that didn't work as expected but as the product has matured many of these UI inconsistencies have improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has given us the ability to place the power of spending to staff who otherwise would not have a corporate credit card. Giving purchasing power to the people who need it can reduce wasteful spending as they often know exactly what they need and do not rely on a manager to interpret what they are requesting.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to create cards, file reimbursements, etc. Receipt matching from Gmail is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints, but if I had to nitpick it's that the "suggested automations" aren't relevant to me

Makes it easy for everyone on my team to purchase what they need, and I feel confident that I know what's going on

Great Expense App for any Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Ramp the fact that you can submit your receipts, instantaneously and see how much is left on your card so you can budget I've never seen anybody else's card quite like this. The only thing I would take out is the mileage portion. and allowing for a one and done scenario
What do you dislike about the product?
Just submitting the mileage is a little cumbersome, but with a couple tweaks, it can be fixed I've already notified our admin on this

What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator, I appreciate the function of looking at all my team's expenses and being able to adjust the allocation of the charges to our different grants and budgets. The reminders to approve credit card charges are also a plus for someone as busy as I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always having the expansion of the options shown and sometimes hidden causes my team members to miss that step.

Streamlined and Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile phone capture of receipts is such a time saver! No longer do I have to scan and email, or worry about losing the receipt. Once the charge has been made, I immediately get a text and can quickly snap a picture and upload. Quick and easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of notifications I receive but perhaps that's an internal setting or permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managers are now able to purchase supplies on their own. We've significantly reduced the amount of staff reimbursement with the implementation of Ramp. We're also able to account for purchases with much more ease.

Easy to add employees, send them to the manager and get them paid outside of using payroll

Cannot assign expenses to clients, would like to be able to import to the client in QB
