Great Ramp Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage several employee cards quickly and easily. Also, the ability to export the activity to import it into our ERP system easily. Other competitors have this ability, however the Ramp experience has been easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading our bank statement each month. I would prefer to go through the credit process and establish limits. There should be a clear process to initiate a different approach to the monthly credit limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves our credit card issue for our remote salesforce. It gives us benefit for the credit card spend (the cash back) and it makes it easy for the sales force to submit their receipts. It also provides a great submission and review process for mileage reimbursements.

Cant recall many if any dislikes about using ramp.

Managing spend and expenses for traveling and conferences, as well as client gifting spend

The App send you a reminder to upload the receipt.

Nothing for the moment. It is a good tool.

I can take the photo of the receipt immediately, and submit it to the App. I don't have to be worried about losing the receipt.
Ramp has been easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is fully digital and there is no need to have a physical card on hand in order to complete an online purchase. It's the first time I have used a product like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times when I used the card for travel purposes and the hotel chain didn't understand that I had a credit card but didn't have a physical card. Luckily, some of the time I was able to use my phone as a card and used that, other times I had to use my personal card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has allowed us to not need the risk of having many physical cards out with various employees and allows everything to be funneled into one card number instead of multiple.

The ease of submitting receipts and memos. Keeps me organized in my expenses and the interface is intuitive and easy to use

I would like the reimbursement process to be a bit less complicated. It's not very difficult but it's not the easiest either

Helping me watch and log my spending and keep track of why the money was spent in the first place

I love the mobile app and also I appreciate the notifications that come in via txt message when something that been completed!

I don't have any dislikes about Ramp that I can think of at this time.

Streamlined way to track all expenses and makes it easy to report to Executives.
Simple and intuitive corporate card + expense management software!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. No need for training. Self-served 100%. Automatically email receipt identification via email forwarding, via snapping a picture on your phone.

Support wasn't always immediately available for an employee.

The overhead of spend management and expense management.

Ramp has been a perfect tool for us to streamline and organize our spending. The user experience is great, and the way it fit into our existing processes was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Our learning curve was short, and it's been smooth sailing ever since.

Ramp solved the problem of organizing our spend. Budget allocation was a time-consuming, duplicative process before — now everything is easy to find, categorize, and track in one place!
