Solid option for Bill.com - FREE!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Divvy, Bill.com, CorPay, Mineral Tree, Expensify, and many many other similar payment solutions in my professional career as finance executive. What I like about Ramp: Integration with QuickBooks, ease of Use, free ACH payments, great reward program, reimbursements, multiple security options for users, robust accounting tools that save time when using rules for merchants transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a lot of areas for Ramp to improve on, especially when it comes to Bill Pay. It cannot yet replace Bill.com but it is a solid choice for small businesses with limited transactions. Ramp does not offer Budgets like Divvy does, and does not allow coding of classes/locations for employees, which is why we are using DIvvy for our managers and Ramp only for two people who have Bookkeeper level access. Sometimes it isn't easy to find guidance or the things I need are not intuitive to find. I have had more "how to" questions in the past two months with Ramp customer service than for the past two years in Divvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use primarily virtual cards to set up auto-pays with our Vendors. I like the security, reliability, and ease of use Ramp provides

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very easy and intuitive to use. Documenting expenses and submitting reimbursement requests is a breeze! My favorite part of Ramp is how easy it is to categorize various business expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locking and unlocking virtual cards was confusing at first, but once we figured it out it wasn't an issue anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, if I had an expense that needed to be reimbursed I would have to charge my personal account and then wait for the reimbursement to hit my paycheck. Ramp makes it easy to distribute virtual cards to all of the employees so that we don't have to go through that long process!
Need More Accounting Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The centralized CC management and bill pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing Zoho Books accounting sync/integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, Ramp replaces our previous expense report software. We like that it does more as well.
Finally somebody made submitting expenses easy

Ease of use. It does an excellent job reducing friction in all the steps to submit your expense receipts.

Small expenses many times do not need a receipt.

Ramp is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient. I can do everything on my phone without having to use my desktop.

I have used many other receipt/budget/expense tools and this is by far the best one.

Helps with lost receipts and accountability in budget tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how much time has been eliminated tracking down and processing receipts. It's easy to use for me and for my team and the Quickbooks integration is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is slow to respond. I wish it was easier to set up a call.

Helping my team keep track of receipts and saving me time processing expenses and cutting down paperwork.
AWESOME! For the Most Part
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is all in one place, but the best thing about Ramp is that it all synchs seamlessly with my GL in REAL TIME! Compared to what I have seen with other platforms, Ramp is light years ahead of the game!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish Ramp had, was a real reporting feature. Maybe I haven't got that far yet in using it, but it would be great if I could run a report that displays payments to particular vendors, etc. I would use this in for our grant submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Double entry of transactions and bill payments. Automatic submission to the platform via email. OCR tech reading and pre-filling data fields. Approving spend in real-time with NO PAPER! Full electronic access. Ramp makes managing our A/P process and expenses so much easier and faster!

How they initiate collecting receipts. No longer having to chase them down.

Having to upload our statements because our bank doesn't have the ability to connect electronically.

Great app for virtual credit card payment management for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexibility of creating custom accounts and credit cards for specific purposes. Business payments of an entire company are now easier to set up and manage than ever! Customer support has been excellent. The user interface is convenient, and ordering physical cards went seamlessly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular comes to mind in terms of the disadvantages. The manual receipt approval system could be improved. A direct line to human customer support in addition to the support bot would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issuing purpose-specific virtual and physical credit cards with custom limits. Implementing small company benefits like company-paid Uber Eats credits, etc. is now extremely easy, and the system is very robust.
