Filing travel expenses via RAMP is so simple
What do you like best about the product?
Filing travel expenses via RAMP is so simple. I like that RAMP's optical recognition of a photo'd receipt is so on point...it nails the details almost instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been pretty content with RAMP.
Not sure how to tie my RAMP expenses to an Expensify expense report - my Accounting team seems to though, so it all works out in the end.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP helps me file my expense reports so much faster than I used to. I used to dread doing expense reports...now it's complete even before my work travel finishes.

How quickly it is to upload and code a receipt
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing it online is easier than from your phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me see exactly what is bought and not just the pricing

The app is super helpful. I truly can do everything from the road. Also the ramp card is very helpful for keeping all my business expenses in line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for the dashboard to refresh online.

Tracking and reimbursing for expenses. Managing the spends for various team members.
Ramp Overview
What do you like best about the product?
As a Company, the biggest compliment to Ramp would have to be the user interface and how easy it is to navigate the website and mobile application. The interface is very intuitive and provides a non-stressful experience when accomplishing tasks related to a corporate spend account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is so new, the one thing we have noticed is some capabilities are not available yet that are offered in previous spend programs. Although there are these early setbacks, we have been consulting with our account onboarding specialist and he has reassured us that those same features will be available very soon or they are currently working on potential solutions to help with those items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving a major problem we have had where employees logging in with our previous program, are now able to login without the issue of being logged out or needing to verify over and over again that it is them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the minute I get my receipt get a text to scan it and complete the update within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING! it is the most efficient program for keeping track of purchases.

Ramp is super user friendly, and with its quick responses and reactions to purchases - makes tracking and finishing expenses a breeze??

Nothing! Website, app and text features are all great. Just determine what platform works best for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! There are so many well-thought-out features that are ever being added and implemented by the Ramp team. They are very responsive and always willing to take feedback. Ramp saves us so much time and energy. Plus all of our expenses are within one platform and it's so nice!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still being developed but aren't a real negative since Ramp accepts and values feedback while the product is evolving. There really isn't much that we dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managers had poor visibility into expenses before moving to Ramp. Also our expenses were in various platforms and bringing the ACH and credit card spend into one platform makes for much less work!

ITs easy lets me upload receipts directly rather then having to stack them up on finance desk

not really anything right now. everything runs smooth and works great

Makes Invoices, Reimbursements and account tracking easy
What do you like best about the product?
text and slack integrations allow for in the field uploads of receipts and memos. Live linking in emails that follow up asking for memos makes it so simple, you're almost worried it didn't save!

Logging in securely is always a pain for financial stuff

approvals of expenditures, tying together invoices and payments
Ramp makes my business credit card use as easy as it gets

I love the fact that when I use my Ramp card the next second, I am prompted to confirm the transaction. I feel my company is safe

I don't have any dislikes about the Ramp card

I love the spend tracking it provides. Also that limits can be applied for my staff who use it, and that I am prompted to authorize for them
