Awesome corporate card option
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it so easy for our cardholders to provide receipts and classify transactions. It helps get the information in faster so our financials are up-to-date. Better data = Better decisions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Their Bill Pay functionality is still in early adopter phase. We spend a fair amount of time troubleshooting errors on what should be easy 3-way-match with vendor bills and item receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time on low-value tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic receipt capture (via email or SMS) and matching to transactions reduces manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to traditional credit cards, it feel that the rewards, signup bonuses, or travel-related perks are not as strong

Manual Expense Reporting & Receipt Collection
Makes turning in receipts a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to take a photo of my receipt and upload it visually immediately after a purchase. Now I don't have to keep track of my paper receipts, which I often lost, etc. Also, as a manager, it's super easy for me to review and approve my employees' purchases. I also like the physical and digital card options. Also super easy to get a new number should fraud happen. It also allows us to give someone a temporary card number so they can't have it for long-term.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any issues. It's been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People get their receipts in much better than they used to.
Easily the best credit card and coding system I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ease of use and versitilty!

Sometimes the user interface (web) is not the most intuitive. It's learnable but sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ease of separate funds that can be shared with other cardholders within the company is a massive win!

I love the simplicity of the app. I love how easy it is use and how modern it is to input any and all information.

There is nothing I dont like. I love the app and the simplicity of the app.

Account management and the useage of the app.
Ramp is the easiest platform to submit expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp uses AI to automatically generate expenses to submit based on your receipts. It takes little to no time to submit expense reports. I like that you can see where the approval process sits. It's also very easy to review historical expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think og anything that I dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps me easily get approved and reimbursed for ad-hoc expenses mostly related to customer travel.
Easy Fast & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for my team. The adoption was quick and all users were very satisfied with Ramp for T&E

Nothing. It's a great product and well designed.

Its a great tool to track expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and I can input my expenses and receipts immediately. It saves me a ton of time not having to go back in at the end of the month and do an expense report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much feedback in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing me to organize and track my expenses for my work trips. It saves me time and ensures that my reports are accurate.
Ramp is game changer for small business!
What do you like best about the product?
The software, QBO, and Gmail integration is excellent,. The bill pay features are excellent as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more flexible roles for my staff

reconciling our company credit card purchases with ramp has saved hours of monthly staff time. The bill pay has also saved many hours as well.

Cant say i have any complaints. I think it should have an option for RAMP to shut down the cards if pics are not uploaded quickly.
