Easy Receipt Entry with Handy Text Updates
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to enter receipts, and I find the text updates pretty nifty. Customer support was always a pleasure to interact with... and take it from me I had my card compromised and they were quick and efficient in helping me secure my account. They had it secured, new card issued before my company notification reached the top level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system fails to recognize a receipt even when it’s clearly the correct one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They’re taking the pain out of expense reporting, and they’re doing a bang-up job of it, too.
Great resource for bill pay

How easy it is to bill pay tons of vendors

The time it takes to process invoices is slow sometimes.

It is a great resource for accurately paying lots of vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reminders sent for transactions and the ability to very easily upload any receipt to the documentation. The prompts it gives around how to categorize expenses right through the mobile app make it so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Ramp

Ramp makes travel reimbursements easy, simplifies document uploads, and provides prompts for categorizing expenses via the mobile app.

The text receipt option is very helpful!

The reminder notification can be quite annoying, but I understand it's necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp keeps everything up to date, so I no longer have to find invoices and receipts.
Effortless Expense Management and Streamlined Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp makes it super easy for my employees to upload their gas receipts, which means I don't have to worry about hunting those down. It's also much faster for reimbursements, which is great for my employees. The app also lets employees take pictures of their gas receipts along with their mileage and upload everything at once, which simplifies the process. I appreciate how Ramp has replaced several different products we used before, like individual credit cards and gas cards, and it has improved our manual expense forms, making it easier to manage everything in one place. Additionally, the setup was fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for various expenses like gas, reimbursements, and monthly purchases. It simplifies tracking receipts by sending text reminders and allows uploads online or via email. It replaced multiple products, streamlining our expense management into one place, and speeds up reimbursements.
Virtual Cards Made Easy—Working Great So Far
What do you like best about the product?
Having virtual cards instead of physical ones is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any downsides so far. It’s been working really well for me, and I’m very happy with it.

Easy Fund Management, Virtual Cards, and Seamless Accounting Sync
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to maintain fund, create virtual cards for each vendor seperatly, and sync with accounting or bookkeeping software help us to records up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now nothing to highligh, if found anything I would definatly raise with you as a feature request.

I use it to manage vendor payments and handle my bookkeeping.
Boosts Efficiency with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Ramp. It's very easy for our users. I really like the fact that when you're sitting down to eat and you pay with a credit card, you can just take a picture of the credit card receipt and also send details of what the meal was, so you don't have to keep track of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay platform option. We use the free version and there are capabilities that would be useful to me on the paid version, but just not cost justified.

I use Ramp to add efficiency, automate accounting with ERP integration, and easily manage reports and credit cards across companies.
Ramp Saves Me Time with an Easy-to-Use Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use ramp. What used to take me over an hour to complete can be done in 15 minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the people I take to lunch and dinner names saved for the future. I don't like having to type in the names each time.

Ramp has been a big time saver and allows me to get my expense report in on time.
Effortless Expense Management, Superior Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love Ramp because it is easy to use and helps track receipts efficiently. It even puts transactions into the proper designation without much effort. For someone in planned giving, like me at Trevecca Nazarene University, Ramp is superior to anything else I've used in my career. It's wonderful how it solves the problem of organizing receipts and where to categorize them. My favorite feature is that once you show it the receipt, it uses past experience to fill in all the necessary details like location and purpose. Additionally, switching to Ramp was very smooth because it was much better than the previous product I used, and setting it up was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think is that I could just do this, talk to Ramp and say, hey. Here's the receipt. Put it where you think it needs to go, and Ramp does it for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves the problem of managing receipts efficiently. It categorizes transactions automatically, eliminating the hassle of guessing where to place expenses. This saves me time and effort in my job, making expense tracking seamless and effective.
