What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very intuitive software! The ability to text pictures or images of receipts is super helpful, especially if you're traveling and don't always have a laptop/browser handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to tag purchases according to Quickbooks categories isn't all that visible, I actually didn't see it until my manager reminded me to use it. Would be great to make this a more obvious part of the process, even when it's an option field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple team members who all spend money on the same projects. Ramp makes it easy to keep track and to stay in budget each month.

What do you like best about the product?
I like tht it is intuitive and allows me to quickly allocate my spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes take a bit to match my receipts when I email them using the reciepts@ramp.com email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps me to easily keep track of my ourchases and how much I have spent. It also helps me to code my tranactions properly so I can see which budget the ourchases are coming out of.

Nothing as of now, everything has been easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now I've only needed to use it once for a $700 purchase of a subscription for our sales team. It was easy to use and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
(1) Intuitive receipt reader - receipts can be emailed or texted and automatically matched to transactions, (2) Corporate Credit Cards: Employees can be issued multiple virtual cards to improve expense tracking and security, (3) Amazing Partnerships and Rewards CASH!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX from a bookkeeper's or manager's perspective, could be improved. Looking at transactional data to prepare data for syncing could use some design improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has significantly reduced accounting administration for both our employees and managers, improving the lag between when expenses are incurred and when they show up in our books for financial analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Uploading receipts by either texting them to Ramp or forwarding them from email is so easy and saves so much time. I also really appreciate how Ramp texts me immediately after I make a purchase. Often I'll set down my receipt down on the counter right where I am (like in a restaurant or at a store) and snap the photo right then. I'll also text the memo immediately also from my phone...done and done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find the reimbursement portion the most intuitive initially, but it works fine now. I was trying to figure out how to "batch" receipts for reimbursement that were all from a certain period (like from a specific work trip or within a particular period of time), but there doesn't seem to be a way to batch. That's okay. Now I just upload receipts for a certain timeframe and then Slack AP internally to ask they can look at my reimbursements. Then they come through to my bank account as essentially "batched" since they're all paid out in one lum sum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an executive assistant who is Copilot to several executives. In the past when using Expensify and Concur, it was painful to try to get my execs to remember to save receipts and give them to me for expense reports. I had to do a lot of calling around to hotels, airlines, stores, and restaurants to track down receipts. With Ramp, my execs have taught themselves to take photos of receipts on the spot and enter memos from their phones, which streamlines things for all of us! The copilot mode makes it easy for me to see what they are missing each couple of weeks so we can get everything submitted prior to the threat of their corporate cards being cut off (due to missing receipts...I believe that must be an internal control that our Accounting Team set up).

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the app. I appreciate how it is compatible with other apps like google and slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Return time for refunds. Seems to take longer than normal

Helps us monitor our monthly purchases such as Monthly parking expense and our Amazon account expenses and also marketing expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super easy to use and understand. I like that things happen quickly, and you don't need to jump through a lot of hoops to have necessary expenses approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's frustrating when it keeps asking you for a receipt and your work does not require a receipt and you don't have it to provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows me to purchase necessary items without using my personal expenses. I really appreciate that I don't need to worry about using personal funds for business travel and other needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to set limits, check spending, get alerts and not have to save receipts (since they are saved digitally once uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to submit statements periodically in order to maintain your credit limit, but overall not a bid deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just allows for a more efficient way to manage credit card spendng

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see my virtual cards, including how much was spent, how much is remaining and when things reset.

My personal favorite part of Ramp is that it has dark mode built-in, makes the UI look very sleek.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is anything I really dislike about Ramp at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Ramp we did not have a way to manage and view our stipend expenses. Ramp makes it much easier to manage the different virtual cards we have for stipends and track our activity over time.
