Ramp makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to track spending across our organization
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I don't like about Ramp. It's made my life much easier in terms of tracking and verifying expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many employees using Ramp credit cards for various needs, Ramp makes it easy for me to track big purchases, our daily balance, and what folks spend money on.

What do you like best about the product?
The text/mms receipt capture feature for field and out-and-about teams/employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more Small Business buying group power! Also need the company to go IPO! ;)

Receipt Capture and expense tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super easy to use, very user-friendly, and has all the necessary components. As a finance department member, I appreciate the reminder strategy for our employees to complete their requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a little bit of trouble getting our bank account to update regularly in the system and instead needed to use a manual connection, which is definitely not the end of the world but it would be nice to utilize that component.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating cards for individual vendors and setting limits so our employees don't unknowingly overspend is easy. Virtual cards, and the ease of creating them, are super beneficial for employees that don't need a full-on corporate card.

Intuitive, customizable, helpful for accounting
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything bad to say about Ramp. There are some areas of improvement but it's far superior to any other expense platform I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee spend/resimbursements. Receipt tracking, automating accounting functions.

Ramp makes it very easy to upload receipts, run reports and approve of expenses from an HR perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment, despite the fact I've used Ramp for over a year now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes it easy for someone like me (non-Finance role) to manage company expenses.
So easy a cave man could do it!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of expense reporting and credit card handling from the accounting side. You can set up approval work flows, manage the rules needed, send out cards, all from a super easy to use website. Takes the admin work out of the process!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was additional reporting features and the ability to export reports to Excel. These are helpful tools for accounting and finance teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel expenses, company credit cards, reimbursements for employees, etc..

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for both the user and back office to account for expenses and reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting employees to provide support when needed and on a timely basis

Allows us to account for expenses in a timely manner
Ramp is easy to navigate and adjust as needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create virtual cards fairly easily and adjust the card monthly amounts as well. you can view a snapshot of your spend which I love and the integration with Vendors like amazon is great for seamless approval
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp home page is a bit cluttery. and at first it can seem a little overwhelming. Also, if there is a way to review transaction details against other transactions, that would be a great improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows us to spend fairly easily on one time payments that we wouldn't necessariy would want to put no a purchase order. we can issue cards and lock cards pretty easily for specific uses

What do you like best about the product?
The technology. It allow me to capture the receipt, the note, the classification of expenses, and I can issue cards to my staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I am very happy with Ramp. Maybe, offer points or credits for heavy users of the cards (credit or cash back)

accounting tracking, control costs.

The way that it self syncs with Quick Books.

Sometimes the web based software isn't intuitive
