Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Having a Ramp card for workplace expenses is a no-brainer. It works just like a credit card and you can keep track of expenses on their website. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Everything is great.

Ramp gives our company the ability to easily provide a work-from-home stipend.

Effective and Easy to Use

Ramp is easy to navigate and use to track expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to set notification alerts at certain frequencies (determined by user) to review items in Ramp.

Receipt tracking is very efficient with Ramp and makes it easier to manage.
StartEngine Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of syncing and ease of payment processing. We are able to mass produce invoice approvals for our team to allow for streamlined payments and keeping our vendors happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to edit ACH details easily. Have had a couple of our vendors need to be recreated from scratch because the ACH info was incorrect leading to payment delays. May be a user error but felt frustrating at times. Would love to learn more about workarounds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to centralize CC and AP spend making reporting on these items incredibly easy. It also reduces training time needed for new employees when they can learn just 1 system instead of several.
Works well
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integration. Any questions I have are answered thoroughly and it's easy to get someone on the phone

There is nothing I can think of that I dislike.

A centralized place to charge, track & store expense/spend management.
Saves a ton of TIME and frustration
What do you like best about the product?
We struggled for YEARS to see purchases in real time. every month we'd have to chase down cardholders for receipts and explanations; now we can control where/how they spend and managers can see in real time where expenses are. Receipt upload is one of THE BEST features! now we don't have a drawer full of paper/receipts!! Importing to Quickbooks is also a super time saver

Right now can't think of a thing - Ramp is SUPER responsive and helpful!

immediate visibility of purchases; monitoring spending; manager oversight; curbing card abuse.
Intuitive and Useful
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is a very intuitive system to learn and use, and I find it helps my team stay organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there are no drawbacks to using Ramp!

Ramp helps me keep my spending organized and allows me to classify my spending easily according to project.
The WORST customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Generally easy to use. Great for disbursing and managing employee expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Terrible customer service. Response time is days, if they respond at all. Only available via email. Chat is a bot and phone support is non existent. When we make a payment to Ramp, it takes a week (or more) to reduce our account balance, while funds clear our account in a day or less. Not sure what they're doing with our funds between the time it clears our account and actually reflects on our account. Very frustrating and it's impossible to get an answer from them. If you depend on this for transactions within your business, I'd look elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic receipt location via email makes it way easier to manage any online purchase. This saves me a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes card gets declined especially in person which can be a hassle.
