Ramp is intuitive and user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The employee can manage and track their own expenses!

Cannot approve partial reimbursement amounts

The company is Global so employees from all locations are able to utilize Ramp for expense management
The first virtual credit card tool that reduces our spends
What do you like best about the product?
Most other virtual credit card tools try to get you spend more by offering more reward points, etc, but ramp focuses on money saving. The spend reduction suggestions are brilliant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp credit cards don't always work in foreign countries. It didn't work in Thailand before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to control our spend and collect receipts by giving every employee a credit card.
Good, Overly Simplistic
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple interface, approachable
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too simple. Would love to have more access levels and options for data insights.

Allows us to track expenses and code them appropriately

The ease of use for all members at the company.

I don't see any downsides while using ramp.

It is solving our spend management analysis and visibility into what the business is spending.
Best expense tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AP, Credit Card and Reimbursement offered by Ramp, and the seamless integration with QBO. It saves us tons of time with transactional bookkeeping and with cashback rewards!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find "Flex" or Negotiation that helpful. I hope they will launch more flexible approval structure that's by Spend Program rather than one size fit all approval structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation for expense coding, invoice processing, reconciliation, automated bookkeeping, cashback rewards for using the cards. Easier approval. Receipts matching.

What do you like best about the product?
The cashback is my favorite part of Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment terms are not great. I would like a 60-day payment card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp reminds me to upload receipts which helps our company stay complaint.
The easiest and simplest way to monitor spending
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ramp is the ease with which you can submit invoices. The second best thing is that you can create many cards with many different monthly allowances which makes tracking recurring payments incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can see is that all amounts are shown in USD. The majority of my expenses are in CAD, which makes it hard to reconcile costs quickly by eye alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes tracking expenses that reoccur monthly incredibly easy because those expenses can be linked to specific cards. It's not longer an issue of having to sift through one cards' dozen expenses, but to see a dozen expenses already sorted into several different cards.

What do you like best about the product?
Their AI reader for each bill and also the card manager for each user, it is so easy to integrate with whatever software you use

Sometimes their Support team is not as responsive as one would like to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 10+ virtual cards and also use this as our primary source for paying bills from our vendors
Ramp is great for our small non-profit business
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp allows us the security of a credit card without the need to tie the line of credit to any of our employees. It was exactly the option we were looking for, and we'd been looking to do this for years. We employ 4 people total, and now each person can have a card and it's been making things so much easier for us.
I love that I was able to personalize the physical card with our logo—the very first time I used it in person, the cashier commented how cool the card looked. That is such a small thing, but it's a great perk.
The 1.5% cash back on everything is huge for us, as we have so many little purchases we do, and without us having to do any work at all, we are getting a small amount of cash back that we can put towards our next statement. That's incredible as a non-profit, where our budget is super tight.
The QuickBooks Online integration was easy for our bookkeeper, and it was a seamless transition there. Ramp was so easy to set up in so many ways.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to dismiss notifications that we didn't want, as there are things that only our bookkeeper is in charge of, and I don't want to see little numbers next to things of mine that I don't control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The receipt matching is super helpful—I just forward the invoice from my email straight to the designated address and it matches it automatically. It's been a time-saver for us to not have to forward it to our bookkeeper and explain what each thing is for.
Why didn't we switch sooner
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of spend across the entire enterprise in one place. Very well-organized and user-friendly. Was easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-entity functions are limited for QBO users. Hoping to see more functionality once we switch to Gravity Software.

Visibility and controls on spend/expenses management across the entire enterprise on one platform.
