I love spreadsheets BUT...
What do you like best about the product?
Spreadsheets for spending are my LEAST favorite thing. I had to print out receipts for my old job at the end of every month, and I love that all I have to do is snap/email/text a pic of the receipt and write a memo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no complaints from the user side. I'm not sure how it is when you're admin for ramp for your company, but they make it very user friendly and straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all expenses has never been easier for me!
Intuitive credit card expense management with simple rewards structure and at NO COST
What do you like best about the product?
I like the many ways that RAMP has simplified the receipt matching process with several capture modes (email/text) as well as some automated links with gmail and Amazon where receipts get linked via artificial intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process a little challenging due to our 2-entity environment and it took some time to get all the settings correctly configured to sync with Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP has provided a zero cost solution to help us manage our credit card program. The program also has increased our rewards from a previous commercial card company by 50%. The net benefit benefit for switching to RAMP has provided
us with an annual positive cash benefit of $10,000 (based on higher reward values along with the elimination of monthly fees for a prior system).

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and efficient and sends excellent reminders when a purchase is made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto fills are incorrect and my supervisor will send the incorrect allocation before I have changed them to what they need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allocation is easy without reports having to be done at the end of the week, keeps wonderful accounts of what has been spent in present time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super-convenient! I feel like I'm using it every time I turn around but it's never a bother. Everything is very intuitive and speedy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with Ramp at all.

Ramp is helping me get access to virtual credit cards in a timely fashion. I need to make a lot of purchases in my role and Ramp makes that as painless as possible.

Easy to use, the platforms is intuitive and just make the overall experience great
What do you dislike about the product?
That we have to send receipts even for 0.1 spent, most of the time when you're using a new card on a site they charge you a few cents or dollars to verify the card and they don't give you a receipt for that.

Making it easier for me (user) and my company to have a record of my expenses

I have a card for my department. rather than using a corporate card for all of our purchases and sifting through statements for this departments charge/credits

What do you like best about the product?
With other apps like Concur, every expense and trip is a hassle. It wasn't until I had the privilege to use Ramp that I realized that expense reporting didn't have to be so difficult Everything on the platform is intuitive and easy, and tracking purchases has been a breeze with so many avenues for reporting (no more passive emails from accounting). I would recommend Ramp to any company that wants quick, easy and efficient expense reporting that will make it easy for both employees and employers alike!

Nothing so far - all features have been easy to use.

I love having multiple cards for different purposes that are easy to request, and I'm sure it makes budget tracking easy for my uppers!
i like using Ramp, sometimes it is not clear what expense I have not verified by generally its cool

I like that it clear, I like also the mailing system. It reminds me of what I still need to submit.

I cannot unsubscibe through Ramp from some service.
I have an issue that service is supper complicated and it keeps taking money from the Ramp card, and I cannot stop that.
Also, there is a service I pay for it takes money in 4-5 different payments, and i need to upload to each payment the cheque - i think its a bit annoying.

Instead of aking financial team for approval for every single expense we have a budget
and we use it the way we see fit. So it is quite comfortable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it easy it is to use it and how I get reminded about the transactions that need extra details.

I would love to have separate cards with limits for different trips.
Right now I have a limit on my CC that goes out as soon as I go on a business trip, but if I am not traveling it will be great to keep a lower cap on my expenses.

keeping track of expensive transactions is the best, because it keeps reminding me that I need to provide more information about transactions that are over 75 GBP.
Easy way to track and manage credit card expenses.

Direct sync to Intacct makes it much easier to get transactions loaded and eliminating human error.

Having to create your own rules takes more time vs the system knowing where to code what.
