What do you like best about the product?
How they initiate collecting receipts. No longer having to chase them down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to upload our statements because our bank doesn't have the ability to connect electronically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipt management and syncing with Quickbooks.
Great app for virtual credit card payment management for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexibility of creating custom accounts and credit cards for specific purposes. Business payments of an entire company are now easier to set up and manage than ever! Customer support has been excellent. The user interface is convenient, and ordering physical cards went seamlessly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular comes to mind in terms of the disadvantages. The manual receipt approval system could be improved. A direct line to human customer support in addition to the support bot would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issuing purpose-specific virtual and physical credit cards with custom limits. Implementing small company benefits like company-paid Uber Eats credits, etc. is now extremely easy, and the system is very robust.
life changing time saving easy sytem
What do you like best about the product?
ramp does most of the work for me--easy to instantly submit receipts and carry over codes

so far there is nothing i don't like about ramp!

we combine bill.com and abacus and amex all into Ramp cutting cost and most importantly saving time
Highly recommended for insights driven expense management
What do you like best about the product?
As the sole strategy/finance stakeholder at our startup Ramp enables me to see and manage all spend. I could not be happier with the product as it provides valuable insights and functions for me to be everywhere at once. The robust admin settings allow low friction interfacing between card users and me/the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything but when ever I recommend/request a product fix/function the team takes my feedback and updates on tickets/changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to track and report all in one place. Makes burn management easy and predictable.

What do you like best about the product?
Nice UI for creating cards, nice UI for syncing, overall good functioanlity

The approval interface is a bit confusing. I feel like a UI upgrade is needed here.

All in one platform for expensing and reimbursement
Great product, though there are some bugs as they add new items

The overall process itself is very simple to use and easy to track. I love the data that I get from the system

The bugs that seem to have come with changes. A lot of things were really good to start with and now are more difficult as they have added on features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a lot easier to get receipts turned in and make sure we are recognizing all expenses at the end of the month.

The ease of use, having the option to text, email or slack receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! We are newer to the service but I have not complaints.

Having to wait until the end of the month to submit all my receipts/do expense tracking, instead, I can do it in the moment. Also more visibility between team.
A dream
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is intuitive, simple, easy to get started, and so fast to get set up. We've been looking for a solution like this to make sure we can close our books quickly and this has been the best solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we didn't know about it sooner. We do wish there were a few other benefits from being a card holder but the software for expense management and how quickly we can make changes is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing our credit card statements and making our team accountable to what they spend in a clear and easy to use platform. We can give so many unique and custom controls with Ramp it's amazing.
Strong, Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easily the most intuitive platform for card management and issuing cards to employees. The interface is simple, but there are many strong automation features that simplify employee workflow. There are also great integrations with QuickBooks and other accounting platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is pretty intuitive, but the dynamic credit limit is a bit restrictive for our business. I was not expecting that the credit limit would adjust rapidly according to our account balance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp easily lets us issue cards for all of our employees. This eliminates to a great extent the need for reimbursements, though the platform for that is quite robust as well. The team is also constantly adding new features!
Everything and More
What do you like best about the product?
Love that we can lock a card if receipts aren't turned in. Love the digital cc for online purchases. Easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We have loved all aspects of ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a hard time getting memos and receipts but not anymore!
