#1 most innovative in North America for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
The sign-up process is easy, fast turnaround to get qualified, and unlike traditional credit cards, no personal guarantee is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
They only consider the cash balance in the operating account instead of also including the savings or other liquid accounts for qualification purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital cards for employees with limits and the ability to create these with a click.
Perfect for issuing money to our drivers
What do you like best about the product?
Immediate availability of funds for our drivers
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky navigating the website at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues with delays in picking up collateral by making funds available immediately
Intuitive and time saving
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it automatically matches receipts in you like how it automatically matches receipts in your email inbox to the transactions because it saves me a lot of time. I also like that you can set customized rules for each card, or merchant or type of transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I upload a receipt to Ramp, it takes a minute to upload and authorize it before it marks it as complete. Additionally, when I text receipts to the phone number to upload them, sometimes it mismatches them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right when I log in, Ramp gives insight into whether or not there are opportunities for us to save money on current subscriptions, which is helpful because I do not have enough time to do this myself.
Ramp saves time with sleek user experience and data insights
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has a great user experience making it easy to upload receipts and transaction memos. It's also great to gather data insights on spend and savings opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things are working well overall. No major feedback
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing employee and company spend
Great Spending Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can guide my employees to one payment system. Everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to make more ghost cards for different areas of the business but I am limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can consolidate most payments through Ramp and control purchases. Tracking purchases to jobs is also a huge benefit.
Great spend management tool and bill pay with room for growth
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, technology, insights, reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Bill pay leaves a little more to be desired but is overall effective. Auto-filling sage intacct locations based on a vendor would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight on employee spend along with controls to ensure the company reaches its goals.
Very easy to set up. Very easy to use. My non-profit appreciates the financial rewards
What do you like best about the product?
I introduced Ramp at The ASF for two reasons:
* to make it possible for volunteers to view and check the charges against their cards and
* to make it possible to provide virtual cards to volunteers who sometimes only make a single purchase.
Ramp has succeeded on both points, but it turns out to have had multiple other advantages.
* Integration with slack. I can easily make our credit card charges transparent across the organization. This is in line with our organization's values.
* Efficient approvals process. We were repeatedly caught with late fees on our previous credit card solution because our approvals process took the same credit card statement across six credit card holders. Now, approval is fine-grained and fast.
* Cashback. Ramp shares a percentage of the merchant fee back with our organization. So we not only save money, we earn it.
Ramp was also straightforward to set up. I was able to swiftly set up integration with Quickbooks, our bank account, and slack in less than an hour. Wizards guided me through the process and pointed out features I wouldn't have found otherwise.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge we had with Ramp was that it wouldn't integrate with our original bank account. We had to set up a new bank account with a bank that had the necessary banking APIs. We eventually needed to do this for other reasons, but I wouldn't otherwise have set up a new bank account for these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp provides a virtual and physical credit card solution that includes auditable approvals permissions and receipt collecting. This enables both casual and dedicated volunteers to spend money on behalf of our Foundation in service of our mission without having to spend their own money and then submit receipts.
Great all-in-one, automated product
What do you like best about the product?
The company puts tech first and clearly has the most innovative approach to expenses, finances, etc - love how easy it is to submit expenses and that they can match with your personal or misc. email addresses. Also for a company where things change fast, the ability to issue/remove cards is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need a replacement card they change the card number, would love to just turn it into a virtual card or be able to issue the same card number. also our bookkeeper/accountant isn't as familiar with the tech + reconciling with QBO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving how we do our expenses, and means we don't have to switch between a credit card and expense platform which I assume is saving us time. That said we've never used anything else and have used ramp from day one so it's hard to know what problems we'd have if we didn't use ramp.
Best Tool for Business Expenses

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I dont believe there is anything I really dislike

Ramp is solving our excessive spending and control over expenses
Easy to use, automated, solution.
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike at the moment.
