Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Product innovation. It's simply the best. New features that enrich our organization through fintech

Harder than I'd like to get a hold of a person who can support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending controls, bill pay and invoice management. They are a game changer for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create virtually unlimited cards to track and categorize spend is lovely. Setting up cards in seconds. Increasing limits by the click of a link in an email.

What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to chargeback
Not always helpful when flagging fraudulent transactions
The window when creating a new card often disappears when clicking outside of the window without storing the data, having to re-enter everything.

Super intuitive UX & expense management
What do you like best about the product?
Quick & easy to grant permissions/cards, track upcoming payments & stay on top of recurring expenses through the Ramp platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be diffficult to reconcile & track historical payments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to see all expenses and cancel/ update cards instead of going through Employee's amex bills and trying to understand each charge

Ramp is an intuitive, easy to use product that helps both the user and the administrators manage expenses and spends better and the cash back makes it even more attractive

Nothing much, the foreign currency conversion charges could be improved further

Ramp makes it simpler to get visibility across teams and allocate and manage budgets
Very complete and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp offers the most complete offer I have seen in the market (physical and virtual credit cards, integrations with major accounting packages and banks). I particularly enjoy the reliability of the card payments, compared to others I have tried. All information needed is displayed in a central location and fields can be freely adjusted to meet your accounting department's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Native integration with some of our favorite tools such as Uber or TravelPerk is missing. It would be great if these could be added in the future, especially since it seems some competitors are already there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ramp to give physical cards to senior leaders, and use virtual cards for subscriptions, and one-off payments for all kinds of suppliers where the relationship is not strategic enough to warrant negotiating a payment target.

What do you like best about the product?
Slack and Xero integration is very well done. Saves a lot of time.
Slack integration is particularly useful as it allows us temporarily raise spending limits almost in real time. This allows us to start with lower limits without too many hassles.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they could match 3% SaaS cashback that Brex offers. Also have a bank account such as Brex Cash or Mercury. Both are these are more of feature requests rather than dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to do a lot of reimbursements because issuing cards had a lot of overheads. With Ramp the process is so streamlined that we ended up issuing Ramp cards to most people who need to spend frequently for work.
Ramp has made our credit card processing and bill pay very easy!

Easy to use, able to utilize for credit cards and bill pay, cash back on our transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
Need reporting capability for bill pay, etc. Would like to be able to use ACH for bill pay, not just reimbursements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy way to monitor credit card transactions, automating the process with receipts uploaded directly by users instead of collecting all at month end and keeping paper receipts

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple users, can assign credit cards to employees, employees can upload receipts and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's based on your bank balance which causes differences when our payment hits the balance, which causes the card to be put on hold based on the balance not being paid when we did infact pay the balance. We used to have a contact, but not we just have to reach out to an alias for support.

Very straightforward on the cash back. Platform is also pretty user-friendly. Better than all the other expense management software I have used.

The setup is a little hard to navigate. The admin mortal isn't super intuitive.
