It makes managing expenses very easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to assign cards to individuals with a specific limit that either is a one-time card amount or a recurring amount.
Better than keeping track of physical cards.
Allows for better fraud control.
Better than keeping track of physical cards.
Allows for better fraud control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of things I dislike. You still get money back/rewards on transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimizing tracking expenses and tracking down receipts. Everyone is held responsible for their document management and has a specified limit amount for recurring monthly charges. It also allows you to deactivate a card easily when offboarding employees. It's great!
Definitely not ideal unless you have large cash reserves
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to issue virtual cards to employees
What do you dislike about the product?
The way they calculate your credit limit. It is based on your cash balance in your bank account, so if your bank account drops one day, it could mean your credit cards are blocked leaving your team stranded on their trip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us obtain receipts for transactions when our sales team are out in the field.
Good credit card for business users but lack of accounting capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
As a user of the card, it is very convenient. You can have a physical card, a virtual one, or both. As an admin, it is easy to add, disable, modify, etc. card holders and their permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounting integration to our ERP is not very functional and we have not been able to get it to work after months of troubleshooting with their CS and tech teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows all corporate credit card spending and expense reimbursement spending to be captured within one platform. This makes it easy for our AP and accounting teams to review the expenditures in a central location.
RAMP has been an amazing tool for tracking recurring expenses and travel expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and receipt matching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be a notification about what the cash back balance is once per quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to do away with expense reports.
Easy to use

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense mangement
Mixed feeling about the service
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create employee cards and limit purchases to particular categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like how Ramp integrates with Quickbooks. I find it needlessly complicated that transactions need to be categorized on the website versus using QBO. I also don't like that I can't pair existing bills that have been entered into QBO with transactions on the portal. I have to fix these once they sync, wasting time by adding an additional step. My biggest disappointment with Ramp however is the floating credit limit. When we initially signed up, we were given a credit limit of ~$125k. Once we got around to using the card 3 months later, our limit had decreased to a measly $25k. It was never advertised during signup that the credit limit was directly tied to the amount of cash in your bank account. When we signed up, we had saved up a significant amount of cash for a real estate transaction. After we closed on the real estate, our credit limit decreased by over 80%, making the credit line almost meaningless.
