Streamlined Travel and Expense Management

  • December 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Ramp to manage my payments and company expenses when I travel, and I appreciate the visibility it provides for payment dates related to my invoices and payments. I find it easy to book hotels and flights for work trips. I really like Ramp's nice UI, as it's very easy to use. I also enjoy the mobile app, which is very good and allows me to upload tickets in real time. The initial setup was pretty simple, as it was handled by the finance team at my company. I've used Deel before, but I prefer my experience with Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think multi-leg flights could be so good to be able to do. I think you end up spending more money booking separate flights. Plus sometimes the flights have different features, like luggage, that make it more of a hassle having to book more than one flight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps manage my payments and expenses during travel. It provides visibility of payment dates and simplifies booking hotels and flights.

Quicker, Better, Purchase Management

  • December 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to see purchases in near real time and immediately request any missing receipts is a huge improvement over our previous employee credit card system.
What do you dislike about the product?
the AI still needs some refinement when it comes to matching up receipts and memos with purchases. it can get confused when someone makes several purchases and submits the receipts and memos out of order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had a traditional credit card service for our employees, and it was always a struggle to get receipts from them, especially if purchases were made when they were out in the field. Ramp's system of messaging the cardholder for a receipt and comment immediately upon completion of the transaction has drastically reduced the number of missing receipts. Another issue with the previous card was the time it took to process the statement each month when it came time to enter the purchases into our AR/AP system; with the traditional card, it could take up to three days to get all purchases accounted for and entered. with Ramp, we are able to post purchases on a daily basis, drastically reducing the block of time required for processing the statement at the end of the statement period.

Automation Excellence with Ramp

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Ramp for its automation capabilities. It's been a huge time saver for us, significantly reducing the time it takes to handle our credit card transactions and bill payments. The process is quick and accurate, with everything allocated seamlessly by vendor, budget, or department. I'm able to set automated rules so expenses automatically go to the right place, which is much better than manual entry. The rule-based architecture helps me allocate expenses to specific projects efficiently, and it takes a burden off my desk by allowing me to deal with things on an exception basis. Overall, the automation just flows so smoothly into NetSuite and saves us twenty to thirty hours of work a month. The initial setup was super easy too; we just created the NetSuite user, plugged it in, and we were ready to go. It's definitely a better automated platform compared to what we used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of UI, UX issues, like if something fails to sync or encounters a problem, it's kind of hard to know exactly what you need to fix. Support's great to help out, but it would be a little bit better if those errors jumped up faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp automates our billing and payments, saving us 20-30 hours monthly. It seamlessly integrates credit card data into NetSuite, allocating expenses accurately by vendor, budget, program, and department, reducing manual entry and errors.

Intuitive and Continuously Improving Software

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to use, gets the job that you want done, and they are constantly updating it to make it better, easier, smoother. We use Ramp every day, and the ability to issue virtual cards instantly to non-core users is fantastic. Very easy to get other 'non-core' users up and running with the App.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it seems to do everything we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp gets us away from so many reimbursement reports and checks. We are able to run programs such as travel and department/employee reward programs with tight controls over what they can spend through Ramp.

Very easy to use, help you manage expenses easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't encountered anything that I dislike. Its a great software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the expense management for multiple people on our team. Also, gives us an east way to deal with assigning expense account to the transactions. It benefits our team because it saves us tons of time and we can manage multiple people at once.

Streamlined Expense Management with Room for Growth

  • December 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Ramp to manage a variety of expenses, and it helps me a lot with tracking and staying within policy. I appreciate the ease of use because the interface is straightforward, and submitting expenses or uploading receipts takes only a few seconds. I like that there’s a single platform for meals, travel, and client-related expenses, which makes everything feel centralized and organized. It's also great at removing friction from tasks that can otherwise be time-consuming, like uploading receipts and categorizing expenses immediately after purchase. The centralization of all spending information in one place makes it easier to track expenses and avoid back and forth with internal teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Ramp is great for paying travel expenses, more built-in travel specific features like clearer trip grouping or travel summary could be helpful. The mobile experience works great for receipts, but adding more robust editing or bulk actions could also help with managing expenses on the go. Having the ability to select multiple transactions at once to categorize, tag, or attach receipts rather than having to do it individually, or having some sort of batch submission to upload numerous receipts after a trip, could help save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp to manage expenses, eliminating out-of-pocket costs with corporate cards, and saving time with automatic receipt capture. It prevents policy violations with built-in controls and centralizes spending, making it organized and trackable, which reduces internal back-and-forth.

Accounting Integration and Receipt Management Save Hours Daily

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the accounting integration, as well as the receipt management and the bill pay and approval process. These features have saved us hours each day and have provided us with much greater transparency when working with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't exactly a complaint, but I do think it would be beneficial to receive release notes detailing the new features. Additionally, having access to brief webinars and article links would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to manually input each bill and its details into QBO line by line. The OCR technology reads even lengthy bills even those with more than 35 lines, and automatically enters all the information. This has saved us countless hours and reduced the risk of data entry errors. Additionally, we no longer have to chase after receipts. The Ramp credit card has eliminated much of the time we used to spend on scanning receipts and managing reimbursements through spreadsheets.

Handy Texting Feature, Clunky Interface

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the texting aspect of Ramp, which is super helpful when I'm traveling. It sends me a text message about the expense, allowing me to just text back a picture of the receipt and a comment to complete the transaction requirements. This makes it really easy to keep track of expenses and receipts on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall layout of the app and website are clunky. There could definitely be improvements on each of those. I'd try to avoid it, and only use the texting feature. The vetting process of Ramp was a challenge, and getting it deployed and set up with all the protocols and proper procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp addresses inaccuracies in corporate spending, covering general expenses, travel, and meals.

Efficient Expense Management with Room for Improvement

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the email integrations that Ramp does with the receipts we receive via email. These integrations help me be more efficient because I don't have to manually upload those receipts. As soon as I receive them via email, whether I purchase a product or service, Ramp automatically processes them, which saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The travel management tool is not so great as I understand that it is managed by a third party. So we've been having some issues and some technical difficulties regarding the travel management part of Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps us integrate data for expense reports, travel, and budget management. I love the email integrations for receipt management, making me more efficient by eliminating manual uploads. It saves me a lot of time when receipts are automatically processed.

Intuitive Interface, Zero Frustration

  • December 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ramp offers zero friction in its usage and the interface is super intuitive. It's 0% frustrating, unlike other products that have too many steps or are structured too much around data, instead of optimal usage. For me, Ramp is a lot more convenient compared to what we were using before, which was Abacus for expense reimbursement.
What do you dislike about the product?
For hotel stay, I still need a physical card to present for incidentals, so I have to use my own personal card. If Ramp had the option for physical cards, it would be added value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for business expenses like AI tools and travel with zero friction, thanks to an intuitive interface. It's a lot more convenient than Abacus. Adding physical cards for incidentals would be a bonus.
