What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can easily submit my expenses and the reimbursement process is fast and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that i dislike about Eamp, its just that it has pending limits according to my company policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to upload the receipts and its easy to check the each process on the day of submission.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to set up anything in ramp. When it comes to adding a new user or even creating a new spend program, ramp makes it very easy to do it all. Not only is it easy for the admin side of the program, but even for employees that use the credit card. It makes summit receipts and invoices extremely easy for everyone involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say due to certain limitations with integration of unpopular ERP systems, it can be difficult at times to export data into your accounting software. You need a strong understand of excel exports and csv files if you want to integrate ramp with certain accounting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With previous credit card companies it was extremely difficult to track company spending. You would need to look at the statement and the end of the month and compare that to physical paper receipts that would be handed by the respected mangers. Now with ramp it is very easy to take a picture of those receipts and have them show up instantly on the admin side. Coding certain purchases to the right accounting category in ramp is very helpful, and makes using credits cards a lot less easier for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp gives the ultimate power to our employees - to spend as needed, efficiently add a receipt, code the transaction for our budget and give a memo for the purchase. This keeps the accounting office from having to hunt down receipts and try to guess where the employee wants to charge the item.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, our employees picked it up faster than we could imagine. We gave them no training - yet, from the moment it was rolled out for employees use, they have used it like crazy. The accounting department was still learning the software and how to reconcile/account for all the transactions while the employees were using it profusely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timing of purchases. We did Purchase Orders on paper which had to wait about a week for implementation. Now, we do POs on Ramp and they have a 1-2 hour approval record. Items are purchased sooner when they are really needed so that employees are able to do their jobs more effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
Figuring out how to turn off repeat notifications when an invoice back-up for spend is not submitted - many vendors no longer providing it directly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to create virtual cards for both spend with vendors and T&E (offsite, trip spend) to manage expense and categorize it quickly to the right GL account.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the Billpay platform and ease of issuing spend
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates and customization for emails and Netsuite syncs can make it difficult at times without being able to Customize
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual invoice payments and avoids any duplicate payments and wrong bank accounts that would normally be done manually.

The UI and UX are super easy and intuitive

I wish it had more features so I could do more of my finance and accounting work out of it

Automating A/P and expenses which saves me time, Ramp travel for team bookings, procurement as a hub for team members to submit PO requests, and much more

What do you like best about the product?
-User friendly / intuitive. I rarely have questions, but when I do, customer support is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
-N/A. It's great!
-It would be nice if there were a way to use Ramp to pay vendors who require a login to their online portal to pay bills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-We use Ramp to process expense reimbursements and pay accounts payable.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has saved our company a lot of time processing AP and Credit Card Charges. I love that ramp continuously improves their product, finding new ways to quicken our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
All drafts are still viewable by everyone with access to bill pay. This creates a bit of a privacy issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is attempting to come up with a way that send an invoice in bill pay to drafts so that all users cannot see all invoices that are in drafts.

Every business should have ramp

What do you like best about the product?
We switched from Bill.com and there are a few things I love about ramp:
- Ease of use: the UX is incredibly easy to navigate
- Getting the team set up! It was easy to get everyone in, even our accountants
- Customer service is always so helpful, even when there aren't features that are offerred currently, they'll provide work arounds or let you know when that feature is offered.
-I'm able to choose the accounting date when syncing to our accounting software. This is a big one, especially for accrual accounting. It saves so much time.
-Our billing/receipt/all accounting flows just so much easier because it's so much easier to get the context of what the charge was, and if I don't know, the comments or reminders in ramp allow me to follow up with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only two things I wish I could change about Ramp:
-I wish you could set the time zone and time for cards with daily limits to reset. Currently it's in UTC which can be tricky when we use it for team onsites since it doesn't coincide with when we're using the cards.
-I wish you could designate someone on the team as a "travel planner" to automatically be able to book travel and manage trips for everyone. Currently, a user can log in and designate someone individually to do this, but it would be helpful to take away this step (especially for C-level users who usually don't have the time to log in and do this).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to control spending so much more as well as automate a lot of our otherwise very timely accounting processes. In a small start up like ours, it's so important to have a software like Ramp that allows us to have that control and minimize the amount of time we're spending on the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Our users love it - they are done once they submit their items. They no longer have to save receipts until the monthly report is due. As the Admin, I love that it integrates and syncs with our accounting software so quickly, it is an immediate benefit for department heads looking at their reporting. I also have set up workflows so that employees only see their relative GL department codes. Our external audit team likes the review processing that happens in the 'background'. The employees' expenses are reviewed and approved by department heads. The initial setup was easy and the online support and call-in support folks are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are relatively new using RAMP, so I am still learning how to access reporting. Statement reconciliations were a challenge at first, but that process is improving. I would like the time a request for an employee card and the time until it is delivered to be quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is that our users are required to submit receipt picture, GL coding and short memo line, and that there are text and email reminders nudge the user to submit those items. We have much better compliance with this issue. Previously, they would lose receipts because there was such a time delay.
