What do you like best about the product?
Generating virtual cards for sales expenses (travel, hotels, food) is so helpful. Love the mobile app as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - love using it. Only issue I used to have was lack of a mobile app, but that has been solved nicely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it extremely easy to expense work-related items with spend limits, easy linking between Ramp + providers like Lyft / Uber, as well as virtual cards for specific purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it so easy for me to access funds for expensing travel and office items.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a mobile app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it super easy for us to handle employees going to conferences, they can easily book and even apply their miles toward their own points

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to request spending. Easy to submit expenses via text or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to specify categories each time for an expense repeatedly...but i guess that is unavoidable...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp streamlines submitting company expenses because I can directly upload receipts or email them and it generates an automatic report.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can issue virtual, digital cards and also submit expenses as normal. The whole thing is very digital-first (as opposed to some more traditional expense platforms).
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't receive a physical card automatically and didn't realize that I would need it (like in the case of stores or places that do not accept contactless payments).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital first expenses. Setting custom limits for my equipment budget when I just joined, much easier than using a purchase portal or having to submit the expenses afterward.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp helps our firm with managing expenses through direct payments and reimbursements. They are always timely and their system is very user- friendly. I would recommend them to any firm!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes at this time. I have not had any problems to date with their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves the problem of how to properly manage business expenses. They take that stress out of the equation.

What do you like best about the product?
Uploading receipts and the whole organization of it is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to process credits, not being able to send reminders to managers who haven't approved items. There is not enough control and customization on the accounting side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to process credit card transactions efficiently and being able to issue virtual cards for specific purchases makes spending easier

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface. Great mobile app. It's easy to upload reimbursements once you figure out where the button is. Love that you can find merchants directly and it seems to prompt you on the type of expense based on the merchant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't easy to find the button for reimbursements on the moble app. I had to use the app a few times to remember where it was. The icon for the button doesn't align well with the idea of reimbursement

Submitting expenses quickly. It's tedious having to do it otherwise!

What do you like best about the product?
The bulk upload feature is fantastic but takes longer than I expected.
Ramp virtual corporate card is great for making purchases and the auto-prompt asking for documentation is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk upload is slower than expected.
No app for Android phones/devices for directly saving away receipts.
Having a way to directly email receipts from inbox to Ramp would be a nice addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submitting receipts is a lot smoother. One can do it at their own convenience and saves time and dependence on other individuals.
Compared to a person do the same work, it definitely improved speed on some fronts.

What do you like best about the product?
being able to forward receipts to ramp email - does all the matching for me.

automates all of the details so i can focus on work.
What do you dislike about the product?
it handles refunds a bit oddly. it kept pinging me for a receipt for a transaction that was refunded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
giving new employees their budget to purchase equipment without us having to hand hold.
