Great for ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Very efficient, this really saves me time regarding work-related expenditures! So much better than alternative payment methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes! This has worked so well, hopefully we can continues to use ramp at work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to submit expenditures, for instance I can use ramp to pay for the state licensing I need for work. This is done so easily with Ramp!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to distribute the card to employees to purchase things for our clientele; such as food, rental assistance, vital documents, applications, medical and so much more. To find out that other agencies in Austin, TX do not have the luxury of obtaining access to the organization's funds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not say any bad things about Ramp. It has been so easy to use. The spending limits are the day max spending is awesome so employees are aware of how much money you are spending. I just thought of something small, but I wish Ramp has an application to download to your phone. I love the receipt tool, where you can send a photo via text but to have an app would be cool

I will repeat the answer from the first written answer. Ramp is incredibly easy to use and makes keeping up with receipts effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get a text each time that I use my Ramp card and can immediately submit the receipt so I don't have to keep up with them on a spreadsheet

I have no come across anything that I dislike about Ramp

Ramp is helping our accountant keep better track of individual spending
It's easy an streamlined way to submit expenses and code them.
What do you like best about the product?
scan and email, text receipts. My admin team can hold the coding process after I submit the receipts.

I don't have any strong dislikes. It seems to work well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to submit receipts and avoid requesting reimbursements, so it saves time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, just send the receipts to the email, and you're done! Customer service is extremely fast and helpful and super nice whenever you have any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some time the settings for recurring meetings wouldn't be copied to the next month. However, after letting the Ramp team know, they've fixed it super fast, again!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast reporting - as mentioned, the fact that I can submit a receipt multiple ways instantly, customizable settings are also easy to set up and easy to use, and monitoring other team members as well.
Very user friendly and simple to use.

Receipt capture helps me keep track of all receipts.
Ramp is very easy to use and comes in handy for all business related invoices and receipts.

This is a nitpick but the color contrast of the buttons for "create new" and "upload receipts" is a little un-intuitive.

The ease of use, ease of reimbursement requests, trouble shooting is a breeze, the rapid efficiency of reporting

Declined charges and no ability to reach your administrator rapidly to get the category changed and resubmit the charge

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to add information about transactions, link receipts, add memos. Love how it is mobile enabled like i can text a receipt
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work on chrome sometimes. I can't add information to transactions as it doesn't save. It works fine on safari thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me I'm buying stuff a lot and not having to go through tons of steps to track transactions makes things easy. Also a single place where i can search transactions and receipts if i need to reference something is great.
