Account Admin for paying bills and expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The auto matic email when a purchase needs a receipt and the reminders of when a wire has been paid!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides at the moment!

Helps keep all expenses in once place and lets me set a budget for each month

What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness; ability to text receipts and text descriptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat difficult to know when to approve allocations but once I found "policy complete" filter that helps a lot! Wish that could stay as my preference view choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allocating expenses to the proper accounts for our organization.

It is great and very easy to be able to assign credit cards to everyone that I need and also for specific expenses.

I have not found any downsides with Ramp at the moment. It has really been very good overall

It is easy to keep track and assign credit cards to employees very easily

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is seamless, simple, and easy to use. We love the user interface and how straightforward the onboarding process was for our team. It is easy to set rules, create an expense policy, and add admins to our accounts.
The customer service is a big plus. In less than a minute, I called the number on the back of my card and was connected to an upbeat, informed, and empowered customer service representative, Sam. Sam resolved my issue promptly.
The Ramp team is engaged and impressive. I have already referred the product to several founders with complete confidence in the platform and offering.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is working well for us at this time. Nothing I dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ramp we are able to have both our spend management products and our expense management products in one place. As a result, we are eliminating the use of Bill.com and Expensify in favor of one streamlined platform. Saves our team time and energy, plus provides a more holistic view inside of a single platform.
Uneventful until you pay
What do you like best about the product?
Easy dashboard to navigate online. Easy to get paid my invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can never figure out how to make the debit card work. Is it a pre-load or is it a credit? why do i have to ask for money to be put on in advance?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy way to get paid for my invoices and track my payments.
If there is going to be a big winner in payments over the next 5 years, my money is on Ramp

way better than Ramp - the UI is better, the spending reports are better, just everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Why do I need to keep submitting receipts for ongoing subscriptions? Maybe that's a me thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of marketing spend.
Easy Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of keeping up with receipts submitted without forgetting one here or there. There are multiple options available as well that make it that much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I need to make purchases necessary for my position, but because of the way the vendor populates on the billing side, it is denied. While there are options to quickly add payments and/or vendors, it's not always feesable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps up with all the expenses by immediately offering a way to upload the receipt and will not permit room for error. When there are several users as wide spread as we are specially, this makes things much easier.

Ramp is extremely helpful with expense reimbursements and credit card transactions in general.

I honestly can't think of any down sides to Ramp as of right now. Keep up the great work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping our company by offering a very easy and user-friendly platform for submitting reimbursements and managing credit card transactions. We also use Ramp to pay a majority of our vendor invoices which is extremely helpful as well.
Ramp has changed out business!
What do you like best about the product?
We get full transparency of our expenses. It's easy for our team to use and simple to pull reports. The user-friendly nature of the system allowed folding the process into our larger financial system was a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the rapid changes in the credit card limit. As a project-based business, our cash ebbs and flows which can create big shifts in our limit and the drop in the limit can have a big impact on our overall cashflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting team members' cards is a breeze. This allows for a lot more accountability as each member of our team owns reconciling charges to their card and providing our accounting team insight on the financial implications of our decisions.
