Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I do not have to create and submit individual reports. The receipt reporting channels are awesome via text/email and app.
While these are available for other providers I have used before such as Concur,I love the quick response from Ramp that they have matched the receipt against credit card charge. The character recognition is also really fast I think. I do not have to wait to submit the payment expense reciept because the app needs time to scan and recognize characters in the reciept.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have found issues with communication. Usually the response form Ramp is immediate when I submit a receipt but it does sometimes stutter a bit. I hope this can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to write reports and extremely quick reciept submission makes my job a lot easier as I have to travel a lot for my job. I do kor have to keep time aside in the week to submit reports
Most comprehensive solution in the market
What do you like best about the product?
RAMP was a clear choice when analyzing tools to introduce to my company. I have used other products in the market, and RAMP's solution is the most comprehensive and easy to use. Our implementation was seamless, rollout to employees was painless and our users couldn't be happier with the product. Within the month, we are fully implemented, reconciled and redeemed a cash rebate into our bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside to the product. There has been no negative feedback from users or adminstrators. Many positive comments have been shared; so easy, freeing up so much of my time and the spend programs are a perfect fit for our company-offered stipend programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing company-stipend programs for 150 employees. Capturing, routing, approving and coding all expenses. Direct deposit for Employee reimbursements and vendor payments. Credit card spend activity for numerous vendors.
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Overall the platform is very easy to use/navigate for both users and admins. The transactions flow to our ERP very easily for it is helpful for the close process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are having issues with recording the payment side of transactions that we are working through, but adding the coding for that has not been straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More visibility into card spend and quicker manager review.
Seamless Business Credit Card
What do you like best about the product?
Management interface is easy to use, new card process is a breeze

Nothing comes to mind, it's a complete system

No more expense reports, especially for salepeople
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use. Request a physical or virtual card, say what it's for, request the specific amount and the duration (monthly, annual, total, etc.). And that's it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the email support is very quick, I would prefer a customer support phone number.

Ramp helps me stick to my projected budget.

I love using ramp
What do you like best about the product?
I like using ramp because it it easy to see all of my transactions in one place and verify them with my employer. I love the fact that I can send transaction receipts straight from my email and it matches it directly with the correct transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I slightly dislike that if I make a return it doesn't take it off the original transaction, but instead shows up as a separate transaction. I wish there was maybe a secondary tab underneath the main transaction for returns.

Ramp helps me keep track of my spending and each transaction. I use it to do my expense reports and verify each transaction with my employer in a fast and efficient way.
Truly makes expenses easy and fun!
What do you like best about the product?
The immediate text and email once my card is used. So fast! The reminder emails are nice too if I forgot about something. Also love the fun gifs once it's submitted!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind actually! It's the best experience I've ever had when it comes to business expenses! Thanks for making something so mundane and boring easy and fun to do!

Making sure all expenses are in in a timely matter!
Easy to manage your account
What do you like best about the product?
Within minutes of your transaction Ramp recognizes your purchase and notifies you. Very helpful a) you're aware of the purchase; this puts your mind at ease. Should your card be compromised, you will know immediately and can take action. b) it takes seconds to upload a picture of your receipt and to add a memo, so when it comes time to reconcile your account, your transactions are logged in. This saves time and reduces paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any negative experiences with Ramp

Ramp helps me reconcile my accounting efficiently with all the users and the purpose of their purchase. I do not have to chase down my employees and ask for receipts or the purpose of their purchase
Ramp is exactly what our non-profit needed!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is what precisely I was looking for as a means of using a charge card for our non-profit. The integrations it has with our accounting software, ability to have accountability for cardholders and simply set limits, and most importantly the ability to text receipts and memos for each transaction is essential to our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp requires each account to have a large balance in a bank account and continually prove that balance. To a small non-profit like ours, that can feel invasive, but it wasn't a dealbreaker for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a need to collect receipts simply and digitally, and ramp did that for us by texting each card user as soon as money is spent. A simple text reply with a memo categorizes the receipt and matches it to the transaction.
