Robust yet simple to use employee CC product
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use and monitor as a manager. It provides easy expense tracking that interfaces with accounting. Their vendor negotiating and eligible discounts service can help you find savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Predictive alerts of expenses which may not happen are distracting noise in your inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With employee changes Ramp makes moving recurring expenses to new owners easier than physical cards
Excellent technology, follow up leaves something to be desired
What do you like best about the product?
Reciept matching, ease of use, custom cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
We asked for metal cards for some VIP users and they arrived as normal cards.

Managing reimbursments
Ramp is a solid platform for company expenses, purchases, reimbursements
What do you like best about the product?
I have used a number of different tools for tracking expenses and submitting receipts in the past. Ramp is a solid, easy to use browser based tool that is extremely intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I wish Ramp had is the ability to automatically detect receipts and infer amounts, merchants etc via OCR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp gives me an easy way to both submit my own expenses and receipts, and view all items from my team that need approval.
Initial Use of Ramp - Review Request
What do you like best about the product?
There is a virtual card - which made getting a new card seamless! Also, receipts are submitted via email forward, the system automatically matches to transactions, and there was no additional approval for a flight transaction - it was automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a delay in pending transactions showing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was my first use of the system. It is addressing a business need for expense tracking and approvals.
Very easy to use in all aspects.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how easy it is to visualize the information and also the features work well even outside of the US. An excellent experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I think it's all well with Ramp.

Ramp allows me to access to my work perks easily and whenever I need to.
Customer service is unparalleled and the features are amazing.

The ability to have a text sent immediately is a huge help.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have been delighted with our service and don't have anything I dislike.

It helps us to add teeth to our expense policy. Furthermore, it helps us to get receipts and memos for expenses with greater ease and speed.
Convenient and responsive
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp does a good job of working as an active reminder to submit receipts and makes it very convenient to submit from both cellular and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't spent enough time with the software to really have any objections. If anything it may be a bit persistent, but my finance team loves that.

Streamlining spending accountability and receipt submission

Sometimes there's glitches but it usually doesn't impact operations

Ramp saves me time in my day by making it easier to upload receipts. It's also very easy to get cards for new team members which allows them to be fully onboarded sooner
Great system for managing staff credit cards and expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the high level of control the system provides when setting permissions, monitoring activity, and automating the process. The software makes tracking expenses and collecting receipts easy. I like that the system sends automatic reminders when receipts are missing. I also like that it provides live tracking of your cash back. I also appreciate that it lets you think thoroughly about your approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not able to connect our bank directly to the account (Amalgamated Bank), so we are required to upload our bank statements monthly, which is a bit of a hassle. It's not an issue now, but I also imagine that not being able to carry a balance would be an issue for some companies at some moments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us ensure that we can better track staff expenses and receipts, and to generally ensure that our staff is complying with our expense policies. It also provides some savings with their cash pack benefit. We moved our from our traditional bank credit card which was not as accessible, it wasn't easy to create and manage user accounts. The fact that Ramp is digital first means that everything can be taken care of online. Eventually we will integrate with our accounting system and should find some additional benefits there.
Incredibly seamless and such a great treat from my company! Only good things to say about Ramp.
What do you like best about the product?
How user-friendly it is. Aside from the free money element from my company, I have appreciated how Ramp is virtual and incredibly easy to use. Because it is on my computer, making virtual purchases at any time is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The card is under my full name. I accidentally used it for a separate virtual purchase because it was the same name as my primary credit card. My fault completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has provided me with the resources to go out and further my education, improving my career. I am so grateful for this service for bringing me closer to my personal and professional goals!
