Small company Ramp user
What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using Ramp for about 1 1/2 years now. In general, our users prefer it over our prior solution and Accounting likes the integration with Sage Intacct, as well as the ability to easily get information downloaded to Excel
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, we are a multi entity company, and one charge can not be split between multiple legal entities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've issued multiple virtual cards to our users,and Ramp makes this easier than our prior solution, which required a physical card to be issued, and we therefore kept a strict limit on those card issuances.
Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has the ability to safe so much time. Instead of monthly expense report and waiting for receipts, it is done right away. Makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything that I really dislike. Sometimes receipts get a little blurred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is saving time and money. I am able to invoice faster because I get the receipts faster.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been transformative to have our bill pay and corporate card spend in one application. It's easy to set up new cards and not having to logino a separate bill pay application is a true time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit disconcerting that not all modules signal activity in the same way. Bill Pay does not give the on-screen indicator of a yellow circle with the number of items requiring attention like you get with the Inbox, My Ramp and Accounting modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping streamline our accounting by giving us one application that covers corporate card spending, expense reimbursement, and bill pay.
Ramp is an absolute game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, intuitive, frees up my time as an admin as users are breezing through their transactions real time with minimal assitance from me. We've closed our books 3 days earlier as I am not waiting for users to complete their charges. Really easy to implement and train. In fact I don't even train anymore, just hand out the flyer and users are on it. We use it everyday and it was extremely easy to integrate. Took less than a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found one yet, and plan to Ramp it up with contracts and bill pay in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to close the month sooner and less training, management of users. Ease of use just makes it a breeze for our employees
Ramp is very convienient, easy to set up and integrates seemleesly with our accounting system

Very simple to use and understand portal. Convieneint for quickly assigning and changing credit limits for employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Bank integration was a little challenging to make payments on card - excited about their new bank account feature.

Easy to set credit limits for both employees and contractors
This is so much more than a credit card
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has really streamlined our AP process. it seamlessly integrates with our tech stack and it handles our company card, our billpay via ACH, and our travel. They have put a lot of effort into their user experience and it has allowed us to even stop subscribing to other services that we were using, just because we could use Ramp's interface for all of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any complaints about Ramp, this is the card to use if you are a startup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp started as just our company credit card, but it has quickly expanded to handle the bulk of our AP operations. It has tons of useful automations that allow us to handle it with minimal staff and time
Convenient and smart way to manage expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like that I can forward my emailed receipts to Ramp and it will auto-match the charges they see on their end. In addition, I particularly like how fast and easy it is to create virtual credit cards and change their limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a bad experience yet on Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of expenses, issuing virtual credit cards dedicated for specific vendors quickly and easily, fast and easy reimbursements.
All-in-one
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is extremely user friendly. The whole implementation was done by myself. It easily integrates with our accounting software (Sage Intacct) and provides variety of features for proper record keeping. We were able to replace 3 different providers with Ramp, and now our AP, Employee Expenses Reimbursement and Credit Cards are all in one place. Customer support is always excellent in responding quickly, even though I do not get to contact them often thanks to the very detailed and easy to navigate Help Center. And best of all there is cash back when you use Ramp Card, which adds up so quickly and can be used in variety of ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly not much if anything.. You can control how many notifications you get from Ramp, as it might be a little too much if you are an Admin. And there are a lot features we do not use that perhaps could be hidden from the Menu to have a cleaner look (something I have not explored with Customer Support - maybe it is possible).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates AP processing, saves time on entering and coding invoices, helps keeping track of spendings and controls travel expenses.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly - very intuitive - quick - implementation was a breeze. The customer support from our implementation contact has been amazing. He is very promp and on point with succinct direction. Downloading the excel fil for integration with GL system is very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Ramp. maybe a few too many emails.

What do you like best about the product?
This totally elimates the need for expense reports by the team. It can give you control over spend. The interface with Intuit is amazing. Best accounting time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Going well. We have not had any issues.

There are no longer a need for employee expense reports.
