Super easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and I had no issues utilizing it for my amazon purchases. I love how you can just take a photo with your phone and submit the receipts via text messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing about the experience I didn't like. I guess a suggestion would be to work on the visual design of the virtual card... but I don't think that is a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I loved how the company I work for was able to offer this great perk. I was able to boost my work office and now I feel more comfortable and confident doing my everyday work.

Fast, Efficient Transaction Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The prompts to complete transactions is an awesome feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has a tendency to not load receipts from camera. So, I have to send receipts through text or email, which requires extra work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to take in receipts and transaction reports to be processed. Now, reporting is just a click away. In addition, I know how much of my budget I have spent in real time.

I have only been using a few weeks and have not found anything I dislike yet

It assists with easy coding of credit card expenses which adds more accuracy to our financials

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can buy a product when I need it. I do not have to wait for administration. I can also purchase a product with the peace of mind that I will be reimbursed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Ramp; as i stated before, it is very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping make quick solutions when we need them the most. When working in a kitchen every second counts so when i can make a fast solution tyo huge problem it make everything go smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it super easy to create virtual cards for specific purposes, which helps to control and track spending. Attaching receipts to a purchase is incredibly easy as well, which I hope will alleviate the need for expense reports entirely. My physical card was also delivered very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike about Ramp so far. The interface is friendly, helpful and easy to understand. I'm a big fan, and have already recommended it to a friend who has a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps us automate expense reports by allowing us to attach receipts extremely easy. For instance, receipts can be emailed directly to Ramp, and automatically attached to the relevant transaction. It's like magic!

Delighted to find an outstanding solution for reimbursements and spending

What do you like best about the product?
A new employee who used Ramp at his old job recommended it to leadership when we were looking for a reimbursement platform. It does that, and very well, but so much more. Ramp provides us company charge cards, with individual limits, automated receipt import, a wide variety of internal controls, and supreme ease of use. That is does all this for free was incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are loving the Ramp platform, and I can think of only two minor issues. THe first is that our accounting software is not directly supported as the big names are. Fortunately, they have a very flexible export capability that enables us to export all data as a csv and import it into our system. The second items is that the spending limit seems a bit low. I'm assuming that will increase over time with a request or with a solid payment history. Other than that... setup and roll out could not have been easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is addressing three critical needs. The first is a super-simple user-friendly reimbursement system. We've tried several systems in the past, which were either very expensive or hard to use. The second is providing credit cards (technically charge cards as they're paid in full) to as many employees as we like - easily and with custom limits. Third, it has really upped our game with internal controls, by a combination of automated rule logic, automatic parsing of receipt images, and the ability to alert managers and/or require their approval for expenses or reimbursements.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the weekly reminders to the cardholders to submit their receipts and transaction memo info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are not many integrations yet setup. For example, it would be so helpful if there was a Fedex integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the receipt submission problem we had. It would take so many weeks after month-end to chase after receipts from each user.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of attaching receipts. It is nice to have the emailing and drag-and-drop options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Bill Pay section of the menu is a little confusing with the setup for a section for each status type. It would be better if everything was listed and then have the ability to filter by status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy expense reimbursement and tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access via an app or using the web-based app, sending images directly to the system and the engine processing them and adding them to the relevant expense is great. Also, the mileage claim section is very good, being able to insert the start and end addresses saves any calculations

All of my bugs from the first few times using the app have been fixed so I'm really happy with it

It's a real time saver, the app has made my daily submission so simple
