Better than Brex or Divvy

What do you like best about the product?
The automation is amazing as it allows us to reduce accounting time and be much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It's much better than the other platforms I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's automating our accounting and making us more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love so many things about Ramp. It's easy to get employees to submit expenses and receipts on time and in an organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if this is a Ramp issue but my only gripe is that Uber receipts often have a tip as a separate charge, yet the Uber receipts include the tip so I find myself having to submit twice with the same receipt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster monthly closing, and we don't need to hire an extra bookkeeper.

What do you like best about the product?
Easier than most other platforms to submit receipts for purchases and access card information / manage spending.

Email / text functionality to submit receipts "just works" without a second thought.

Expense submissions and reporting are also surprisingly simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I've found so far. Onboarding experience could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense tracking and management is always a headache. With Ramp, I don't really think about it from day-to-day, which is exactly what I want out of a service like Ramp.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of RAMP is its Google Chrome extension. Users no longer need to memorize lengthy credit card numbers, CVV and expiry dates.
They are accessible in a secure and convenient manner through the extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
The validation process of a purchase is a little bit cumbersome. The user has to remember to send back the receipt of the transaction to RAMP.
It would be great if Ramp handled the whole transaction flow without any user intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP helps corporates control their spending. For instance, our company uses RAMP to pay all its employees a monthly stipend. This stipend can be used for specific purchases defined by the company, and that control is provided by RAMP.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the workflow is more user friendly, the appearance is neater and less busy. I can see exactly what details my transactions are missing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a significant amount of emails, maybe a daily digest is better?

Management expenses and credit cards for a small company, including at-home allowances.

Amazing Business Payment Tracking and Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy-to-use. Just use the card for expenses, get a receipt, take a photo of the receipt using the mobile application and that is it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application does not have a delete receipt button for mistakenly added receipts. The website has it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes tracking business expenses very easy. In addition to that, it has reminders to add receipts and reach the limit.

What do you like best about the product?
RAMP has helped my Finance Department deploy cards to the team quickly. I also enjoy the quick way I can send receipts via email and they post quickly to the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish RAMP had an App for Android. Our business has all Android phones and it would make it easier to see it this way. It doesn't prevent me from doing business, it would just be a nice add on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP helped us get a better hold on our Receipt Tracking. We were using normal credit cards from a bank and their system is antiquated. RAMP allows us to see live what is going on.

Easy to use expense card

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it very easy to use the card and submit expenses. I have both a virtual card and a physical card. I enjoy text reminders and emails, as it makes it easy to reply to a text with a picture of the receipt or to forward an email receipt. This is much easier than other expense cards I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback for the card. I only have difficulty obtaining receipts from businesses so I can forward them to Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp saves me a lot of time with submitting receipts for work expenses. I love that I can either text them or forward an email.
