Ramp it up

What do you like best about the product?
Managing corporate credit cards and spend through a traditional bank is laborious and tedious work. With Ramp, they enable you to quickly issue cards and manage spend through an intuitive platform.

I really appreciate the ease at which we can issue new cards. Virtual cards make it easy to categorize spend and issue temporary cards. Easy to create rules where you can restrict amount or category of spend allow you to rest easier.

There are many more features that will be beneficial to a growing company. However, they provide the most value by their focus on technology to lift barriers that banks are slow to remove.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, they need to find out an easier way for us to give cards to candidates or new hires that haven't started yet. We use Okta for logging in so without the ability for these people to login, we have no easy way to issue cards to people that aren't yet part of the company. But we have needs to issue temp cards to them whether it's candidate travel or for oncoming new hires to procure home office equipment before their start date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've solved the archaic way that corporate credit cards are issued and used. Doing this through a traditional bank is frustrating due to the lack of technology innovation.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to provide staff credit cards for free with specific parameters that also doesn't affect any of our staffs credit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of staff cards has been clunky. Some have gone through immediately and others get an error code that I'm still waiting on a resolution for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business spend and our receipt tracking have always been confusing and clunky. Ramp makes them very simple and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to text receipts to Ramp directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lower than expected limit based on account sattus

Tracking expenses across all employees without having to spend additional time and energy tracking receipts down.

What do you like best about the product?
The cashback feature and also that you can text receipts and attach to the resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to get real time support line to answer some of my questions. I can only send my questions via chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Great interfaces with other applications. Easy receipt submittal. Great rebate feature. Responsive customer service. No fees.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to increase the credit limit for a new account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining expense recording and categorizing. Automating financial features such as receipt collection.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that you can email or text receipts in and they will automatically get matched for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. It works much better than any other system I've used in the past to manage company receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes submitting and tracking expense receipts very easy.

Ramp makes it easy to save the card down to your mobile wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be cool if there was an easier way to add the Ramp card directly to my Uber app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's letting me use a virtual credit card for corporate expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. I can take a picture of my receipt, text it in with a description, and I'm all done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downside yet to using RAMP. Much easier than using Concur!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making it much easier to submit my expenses without having to save all my receipts, scanning them into my computer, than submitting them.

What do you like best about the product?
Its direct integrations with Amazon Business, Google Admin, Sage Intacct, and our banking institution save our company a tremendous amount of time each month. The dashboard is incredibly easy to navigate which made onboarding our team a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Ramp for close to 2 months now and I can't say we've run into any limitations. Whenever we have a question or suggestion, Ramp's team is quick to respond and assist us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our expense process was incredibly manual and time-consuming before we were onboarded with Ramp. This platform has alleviated all the issues we were running into prior.
