Ramp is a game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has given me a ton of time back and keeps me well-organized. Sharing this tool with our team has changed our spending for the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my team members are Android users, and they are eager for Ramp to be available to them too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone on my team needs to be able to make regular purchases and report them. Complete reporting and organization have been challenging. Ramp simplifies the process, which has led to more accurate reporting.
Awesome!

Enhance with more than one approver availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Disputed a charge
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding different cards and the ability to manage all the users
What do you dislike about the product?
Disputing a charge may take more time than I'd like to spend on it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to allocate different cards to people and also providing more credit
It keeps getting better and better
What do you like best about the product?
Besides all of the original reasons why we started using Ramp and loved it, now I really appreciate how easy it is to add new employees or close cards of former employees. Since it connects directly to Gusto, it only takes a couple of clicks when changes need to be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues because a vendor has one name in our accounting software but then the card transaction comes through with a slightly different name. So I end up with two vendors instead of one. But this is just a minor annoyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can request W4 from new vendors from Ramp. Then the W4 information is tracked to make 1099s much easier. Also, Ramp notifies me when a contract is getting close to it's expiration date. These are small details but they save a lot of time. I haven't used any other program that had either of these features much less both of them! And Ramp is FREE! Awesome.
Ramp is super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent reporting - super easy to export data and very good at categorizing the expenses saves me a lot of time to categorize in my acounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to change the category of individual expenses - overriding - can only suggest to Ramp what it should be in the future - I will need to make changes either on excel before uploading or in the accounting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee expense management - great with virtual cards - super fast and easy to manage and many approval levels, so we have full transparency to catch any expenses that are not approved by our regulations set for the employees.
Ramp Review
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to implement, and it's a one-stop shop for employees to request corporate cards, submit expenses, and approve bills. Corporate cards and expenses sync easily to Netsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp's functionality around Bill pay and reporting is lacking. With Bill pay, there are many workarounds for scheduling payments and approval processes which create more effort to pay out bills compared to other AP systems. There is minimal reporting on spend such that I am not able to download the information and manipulate the data for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A 3 in 1 system that is free! In fact, it pays you with the cashback efforts. This was the main push to moved away from Expensify and Bill.com. It is also easy to use from the employee standpoint.
Ramp delivers!
What do you like best about the product?
All the built in tools that help someone in finance view and control day to day to spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now there is nothing I dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immediate visibility on spend.
RAMP REVIEW
What do you like best about the product?
Chat and transaction control/visibility are the most helpful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we began using Ramp in the past six months, the only problem is one transaction made and repaid by an employee did not sync to QuickBooks Online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fewer card reconciliations are needed each month, and we have far better control of what employees spend using their cards.
Business Credit Card
What do you like best about the product?
Central place to save and coordinate expenses. Auto payments. Customer service has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do prefer paper statements. They are a crutch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and coordinating expenses across managment.
Individual Ownership of Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ramp empowers employees and contractors to be responsible for their individual costs, and everything is in one place. Instead of reconciling everything monthly for receipts or reimbursable expenses, everything is done in real-time and easy to send reminders. Memos and receipts are captured when the transaction happens rather than a month later, giving everyone a better picture of what they are spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bill pay feature is great; however, the lead times are longer than some other platforms. The international payments have extended lead times, and I am struggling with reconciling a bill entered in Ramp compared to a bill generated in QBO from our hour's system. Overall, worth it to have all payments tracked in one place but hoping for some future updates to help with these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from multiple credit card platforms, a separate reimbursement platform, a separate international payment platform, and a separate process for bank wires to moving everything into Ramp. Two months in, this has been a game changer for time and frustration for my team and me. We have a better handle on who is spending what, approved transactions, eliminated fraudulent issues we had with other cards, upcoming large money transactions, and simplified cash flow with one payment for all cards monthly. Plus, it is FREE. It was easy to switch, and we are never going back. Ramp is the way expenses should be managed.
