I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use with Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy. I use the card, they text me a confirmation step and I'm done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It almost seems too easy. I have absolutely hated other expense programs that I've used in the past and was expecting to be disappointed by Ramp but I was not!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super easy. The value of using a company card has always been outweighed by the downside of all the hassle in processing expenses. Ramp makes it easy.
Really Impressive Technology
What do you like best about the product?
From an employee and manager standpoint, our company has loved Ramp. It is super easy to track spending, set parameters, and get access to real-time data. The reports are easy to read and, as a manager, it is easy to monitor the spending of my employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Ramp is not integrated with our particular accounting software so we aren't able to leverage all the efficiencies Ramp offers and our accounting department is still having to manually enter all expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the features about Ramp our employees seem to appreciate the most is the ability to submit reimbursements and receive a direct deposit almost instantly.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is very easy to navigate. We needed to revise our employee expense submission, and our staff have had no questions about submitting expenses and receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish bill pay had a way to enter vendor credits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipts for credit card charges! It was wild, wild, west before and the Ramp credit card receipt matching has been great
Good with my PC, but not with iphone

Login is really easy and the user interface is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has to be an easier way using your phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, we need to expense our travel and other expenses....so Ramp is great for this.

Being able to text in or forward invoices via email.

Nothing I dislike. The online portal is easy to use

It helps and reminds me to submit invoices that I might otherwise forget

Have no dislikes seems ramp is keeping all records.

I love that we can take pictures right on our phone. The ease of use is the most significant feature that Ramp has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see an app for IOS or Android so we can get notifications instead of text messages.

Ramp has consistently made our credit card reporting more accessible and accurate. The ease of use has proved to be more efficient and timely.

no personal guarantee credit card vs a debit card.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of filing receipts. Ease of taking pictures of receipts and always being alerting when something is missing to stay on top of all business receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't found anything I don't like about ramp. So easy to use and navigate all business receipts, nothing negative to add.

End of month tracking of receipts since they are handled immediately.
