I use my Ramp card daily for ordering condo documentation for the files
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use website, easy to upload receipts

It would be nice if Ramp worked with our loan operating system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp keeps me in check with my third party ordering and receipts. That benefits the file process, and helps accounting on their end.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with QBO so I and bookkeeper do not have to wade through credit card statements
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far; I did submit a receipt for a hotel booking for three rooms (under one reservation confirmation which I forwarded to receipts@ramp) though Ramp kept nagging me to send the confirmations for the other two rooms (since it thought I had only submitted for one).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security (we've had a few issues with unknown purchases in the past) and operating efficiency (bookkeeping, etc.)
Ramp is extremely user friendly, easy to navigate, and has many useful features.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reimbursement feature; It's super easy to submit reimbursements and approve/sync them on my end as an admin. I like the QuickBooks syncing feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for transactions to process into the accounting tab fully. For example, a transaction made on 9/26/2022 might not process into accounting until 10/2/2022. It's usually not too big of an issue, but with month-end closing, I need to approve these transactions before the beginning of the following month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees can submit reimbursements through Ramp quickly and easily. Before this, we used Expensify for refunds, which came with a monthly cost, along with Chase Bank for our credit card spending. Now it's easier to track our credit card spending, misc expenses, and reimbursements in one application.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and automation is really helpful. I like that my transactions go through automatically and that I can submit receipts via email and text. They prompt me vs me doing it myself
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! One thing I might suggest is making it clear whether to sign on with SSO or your Google account. That was a bit confusing at the start since I have both.

It allows me to easily use my work from home stipend without issue. I also find it easy to use my stipend because I know I have a card readily available through ramp

You can take a photo of the receipt and send through messaging.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it eliminates paper transaction.
I love how easy it is!
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to send receipts. And I love the auto approve feature!

Nothing yet! We have been using about a month and so far, so good!

We now have a much easier reconciliation process with Ramp and are giving employees autonomy over their purchases. They love it!
Very user friendly programming.
What do you like best about the product?
You can review all transactions & enter info quickly. If any dispute on transactions can be done through the portal & it allows you to place your card on hold if necessary. The customer service reps are very helpful in guiding you through the system when you are new & pointing out everything possible for your use. If your admin has spending limits on the account, a simple text will be sent asking if you would like your admin to review it so that the purchase can be completed; you will be notified again via text if it was approved. Lots of good tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't say that there is anything I dislike about Ramp. It's easier to use than other companies I've used in the past.

Being able to enter & reconcile my spending for the company quickly.

Ramp has the easiest Ux, great credit limits, and the 1.5% cash back is better than any rewards program

I would like the option to use traditional rewards points, and Flex is not yet available to me even though I have been a great client for many years

Small and medium-size business credit with high limits, and we are a medium size business that needed a credit card solution focused on growing start-up companies

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, the app is very helpful will on the go.

We have had some issues with using the bill pay. Grabing wrong amounts.

We haven't had the need to contact them for any help

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is excellent. Virtual cards are extremely helpful. The integrations with other platforms are very strong. The team features are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
None yet. We have been truly impressed by the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management and categorization is tough and wastes a lot of time with our accounting team. This makes it so much easier.
