Makes transactions simple and sends reminders for receipts.
What do you like best about the product?
The constant reminders for receipts and coding make it more likely for our staff to submit the necessary information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slightly more challenging to set up new vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has a seamless interface with Quickbooks, so there is much less need for paying an hourly bookkeeper.
It is amazing and very quick
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Reimbursement feature the best. I liked the visual cards, but they have updated and removed the cards. But I like using Ramp for reimbursement feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like. Maybe the graphics of the websites are little dull and they can be more fun by adding few colors. Other than that everything is good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me to reimburse the health benefits and academic stipend my company is providing in monthly bases. The only usage I have for Ramp is the reimbursement, in future I am planning to use it more often and for more features.
Most seamless payment experience ever
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp cards are secure, easy to use and work everywhere. My favorite feature is the auto-approval or receipts that otherwise takes a lot of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Things are working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem with using physical cards was maintaining track of every transaction and providing a receipt. With Ramp's virtual cards and automatic approval process of receipts, things have become way more convenient.

The web browser is pretty limited in what you can do there without admin privileges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it so much easier for our team to all have individual budgets and cards, giving management the autonomy to spend how they feel it's best for their team!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has saved our team so much time and gives us more time to analyze and review. I wish we would have implemented this system sooner! Everyone should utilize this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were how-to videos we could share out to the team and would be beneficial to have more than one vendor owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME!! Ramp has given me more time to review since we can close the books so much faster. It also has been great being able to instantly issue credit cards since we're all remote.
It is truly amazing for job costing and cost tracking!

Tracking receipt and job costing. Less paper

What do you like best about the product?
Generating virtual cards for sales expenses (travel, hotels, food) is so helpful. Love the mobile app as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - love using it. Only issue I used to have was lack of a mobile app, but that has been solved nicely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it extremely easy to expense work-related items with spend limits, easy linking between Ramp + providers like Lyft / Uber, as well as virtual cards for specific purposes.

It makes it so easy for me to access funds for expensing travel and office items.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a mobile app

It makes it super easy for us to handle employees going to conferences, they can easily book and even apply their miles toward their own points
Ramp streamlines company expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to request spending. Easy to submit expenses via text or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to specify categories each time for an expense repeatedly...but i guess that is unavoidable...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp streamlines submitting company expenses because I can directly upload receipts or email them and it generates an automatic report.
I really like Ramp, it's actually super easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can issue virtual, digital cards and also submit expenses as normal. The whole thing is very digital-first (as opposed to some more traditional expense platforms).
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't receive a physical card automatically and didn't realize that I would need it (like in the case of stores or places that do not accept contactless payments).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital first expenses. Setting custom limits for my equipment budget when I just joined, much easier than using a purchase portal or having to submit the expenses afterward.
