Ramp has be a great tool to save time
What do you like best about the product?
What we like fast is the ability to capture a receipt quickly or forward, a receipt, or email and have ramp automatically match it up to the expense thus saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface sometimes feels a little slow. I do enjoy working more through the app and the app seems faster. Overall I like how simple it is to use and how much time it saves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees tend to lose receipts, and having the ability to capture those receipts through a photograph or to forward the receipts from an email have increased our accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of being able to email receipts directly to Ramp rather than having to go through the hassle of uploading them manually. It makes it very easy and time effective. It is harder to forget to upload them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your card will lock if you do not upload the needed information which can be annoying as far as the employee side, but it does benefit the company looking for these items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the ease of doing everything in one spot. It will enable you to pay bills directly, and they send checks in the mail without us having to do it. It is super easy and beneficial on a time-stand point. It is super easy to use with allowing approvals.

The ability to assign cards to users and to quickly and easily upload and categorize reimbursements to our accounting system
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp Bill Pay has a few features they are working on that could up-level the service - like more control over automated emails sent to vendors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves reimbursing employees, paying vendors and getting a handle on spend
Ramp has really helped to streamline the accounting process for credit card purchases.
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the text and email alerts when the card is used. Also, the receipt matching is a huge help! The ability to download statements in CSV format is also very helpful from an accounting perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have a 24 hour customer support number for cardholders to call. We have guys in the field all over the US that work around the clock. Having someone they can call would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has helped to streamline the accounting process. Receipts are entered quicker than with our previous provider due to the alerts that each cardholder receives. Not having to send manual alerts has helped with efficiency in the processing of the credit card transactions.
Great app for tracking business expenses!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very simple to use. Ramp sends me an email every time I pay for something, and I can simply reply to the email with my receipt. The matching feature works very well. The user interface of the app is easy to use, the designs and colours are straight forward. I can easily navigate through the app, the user experience feels well thought through. I feel that the system is very secure, we've never had any issues with it. We can issue as many cards as we want, and the design of the actual card is very professional too. I like the branding materials; this is what initially drew us in. The gifs and videos are very easy to understand so you instantly know how to use the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the process of matching receipts can be overwhelming. For example when Im booking airplane tickets and I instantly get spammed by ramp, its a lot. I wish there was a more integrated way of doing this. Maybe a browser plugin. Also when I get emails about matching a receipt, there is a list of the ways I can do this. I wish it was bullet pointed instead of one sentence, because its difficult to take in all the various options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps my company track business expenses which makes year end really simple. It stops receipts getting lost and I don't have to do reimbursements because I pay directly on the ramp card.
Company cards made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Having multiple virtual cards allows for easy separation of transactions, and providing receipts is as easy as sending an email or text message for the new POS systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a delay when submitting receipts for systems other than directly uploading them to the website, but this delay doesn't come with an indicator on the purchase itself, making it confusing if you're trying to get all expenses properly filed immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has turned company expenses into a quick and painless service, allowing for better expense reporting. Not having to navigate multiple pages to find the expense and upload receipts saves me a bit of time each transaction.
New Ramp Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Team setup, card setup, and expense approval chains are intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like visibility into corp rules applied to different expense categories (perhaps something like the ability to hover over and see limits).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a rapidly growing team, Ramp allows us to imagine new processes and control expense reporting as we scale.

Issuing credit cards to eliminate time employees spend on reimbursements. Additionally, the bill pay feature has been a tremendous help
I Love It!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes everything so easy when it comes to expenses and reimbursements! My company uses Ramp and it is so simple to attach receipts/memos either email or phone! They make it so easy to add employees for reimbursements like mileage as well. It is so user friendly, I absolutely love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly cannot think of anything that i dislike about Ramp. I think a lot of businesses should use it! I have not come across any issues in my time so far using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves so much time! I can log in, do a mileage reimbursement in single digit minutes! The website updates me regularly on the monthly spending and what's left in my allotment! You can have virtual cards and physical cards as well which makes things so much easier as well for purchases!
Far better than Brex
What do you like best about the product?
After using Brex for over a year, we picked up Ramp because Brex kept getting declined in overseas travel and purchases. Happy to say that we have had no such issues with Ramp, and it has been accepted in every transaction. Still learning the online interface, but so far, so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no negative experiences thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have teams in VNM, POL and UKR and our prior provider would get declined every single time. It was embarrassing and frustrating. No such issues with Ramp. Approved every time.
