What do you like best about the product?
Ramp allows the business many perks, including flexible bill pay, cashflow and also provides a good amount of cashback and the ability to distribute individual cards to employees with controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The perks would be great to have travel booking and other redeemable rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows the business to have flexible bill pay, which helps with cash flow and operating burn. Ramp also allows us to distribute individual cards to employees with controls.
Great product for streamlining financial ops and credit cards
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp's User interface, accounting integrations and overall automation of our finance and accounting processes. No more are the days of manual accounting processes and multiple spend management tools. Ramp is the one stop shop for the entire process from bill pay, expense reimbursements and credit card expenses. We also like how it is highly customizable in terms of spend limits, alerts and controls.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At prior companies I have worked at, we had several accounting and finance systems for (a) bill pay, (b) credit cards and (c) employee expense reimbursements. The biggest problem Ramp is solving for us today is that it completely centralized and automates all of this into one tool. Further, the tool has seamless integrations with the most popular accounting ERP systems, making month-end close procedures that much faster.

Ramp is easy to set up for new team members.
The virtual cards are useful for vendors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus can be a bit challenging to navigate. It's not always clear where to click to find certain things and then there are a bunch of ways to get into the policy management tabs that seem like an awkward loop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp saves lots of time for those submitting expenses and those approving them. The team setup allows for approval levels that are clear and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Receipt integration with emails and amazon. Easy app for submitting receipts. No more expense report!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a small bank, so I can't automatically connect it and I have to upload my bank statements. But, it's really not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to submit receipts. Immediate response on card compromises. Cash back right away. Way more productive for Managers to submit tickets. Team loves it and is happier with their workflow.
Ramp: the corporate card GEM
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it extremely simple to book your travel for work, buy food/drinks for work, and buy promotional items if needed... it is seriously the best. It reminds you when you need a receipt,and you can text RAMP, upload it online, or even upload images of your receipts in Slack!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable! Everything is simple and works as it should. You could say that the notifications are a bit annoying, but they aren't meant to be- they need your receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I travel about once a month for work. That includes hotels, airfare, cars/rideshares, meals, and promotional items. That's a lot to keep track of to expense, but Ramp makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, fast, real-time, works via text, and has hilarious imagery and interactive language. The videos have actually made it entertaining to do expense reports, which I never thought could be possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as obvious as it should be to fix an erroneous personal charge accidentally paid for with Ramp credit card. It doesn't give you the option of having amount to be reimbursed netted out of your paycheck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do my expense reports real-time, stay on top of expenses, and my company has a better accounting of future expenses, which is important, because we are a start-up.

The user interface is good, and I really like how it syncs with quickbooks immediately, and with a copy of the receipt.

I would like if the reporting features included images of the receipts in a PDF format for donwload

wish there were more field to categorize purchases, so that when running reports, you can filter the charges by type

What do you like best about the product?
Easily set credit limits and specific vendor cards. Very useful for monitoring autocharges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a great integration with QBO. Will automatically create (duplicate) vendors on vendor list, and charges go straight to expense accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With more growth expected, the approval levels and limits will be helpful, if accounting integration is fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is super easy to use and navigate. I love how user-friendly Ramp is. I can use a physical or virtual card for travel and expenses. Creating an expense and uploading a receipt is easy when I use my personal card. The milage reimbursement calculates the milage and the cost. When you use the card, the receipt is automatically added to the site do you can create an expense So far the app has been nothing short of amazing. You can drag and drop your reciepts as well. You can Sort and Filter your expenses, do a bulk upload and see the history of old expenses. You can see how an expense is being paid, if payment is in process or if it was rejected. Downloading and printing reports is easy. I find the app so intuitive and I there are a lot of features I am able to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the software or the credit cards. In the time I have used Ramp, it has been a great product. I think it would be hard to find something to dislike. Kudos to the creators of Ramp and the product developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submitting expense receipts has always been a chore. With Ramp, it's easy; it takes far less time, increasing productivity and performance. I have also heard great things from co-workers regarding how much time they get back to work on other tasks. I can easily submit my expense report or use my card and get the rest of my work done promptly without missing a beat. Being able to view my old expenses and pull receipts if needed is a must and it is super easy to do with the app. In the past, I have had to go through leaps and bounds just to submit expenses for reimbursements when using my personal card.
