Very helpful with expense coding and tracking for mid sized businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage card holders charges and the ease of submitting receipts
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the implementation and alot of the solutions were not completed yet, such as bill pay. Would like to have an android App

It makes it much easier for card holders to submit receipts and allows accounting to put holds or look for managers to review charges
Super smooth way to spend & track expenses for my fund.
What do you like best about the product?
I need to spend $ on T&E and send money to my portfolio companies (for when we invest) – my bank's "Send a Wire" portal is miserably bad, so being able to both track misc spend (like flights, paying lawyers, etc.) and invest in companies from one portal is a gamechanger. My auditors are going to love that everything's in one place, vs having to jump between my CC statements, reimbursements, and wires all on different systems every year. I hope they give me a discount.
What do you dislike about the product?
First-time vendors on Bill Pay take 5 days to receive the $, vs. same-day if I do it through my normal bank portal. Was tough to find how to claim my cashback that I'd earned on my card spend, their FAQ bot had to show me where to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to be able to spend money, wire dollars, and track reimbursements/receipts all in one place. My bank account doesn't even offer a debit card to spend out of my balance – Ramp solved all of those for free .
Best AP Choice for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
We used to use Brex, but switched over to Ramp and it makes our accountant's job much easier. Ramp will auto-withdraw all funds you charged after the end of the month. They will automatically sync with your Quickbooks or any accounting software from my understanding. I highly recommend checking out Ramp and joining if you qualify. The best part is the 1.5% rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could schedule the payment, which wasn't automatically dedicated; however, the minor inconvenience is entirely worth it. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us make our accountant's job easier, reducing our accountant's bill. While our accountant is happier about less work, she's probably not happy about billing out less.
All-Around Impressive
What do you like best about the product?
I continue to be impressed by Ramp day after day. Their platform has the most innovative & advanced functionalities, which make my life and job much easier. I'm obsessed with the fact that Ramp can automatically recognize and pull receipts from my email account, and they auto-link them for me.
I'm excited to dig deeper into their Bill Pay feature next, which I was very impressed with during the introductory meeting. It's pretty wild that they can offer these services for free, since I currently have to pay another application to do the same thing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have yet to find anything I dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is taking care of tasks that were previously wasting my time. I previously had to track down receipts, download them and then manually upload/attach them. NOW I don't have to do any of that, because Ramp has automated that for me!
Ramp is very helpful for keeping track of credit card transactions!

I like the sync with Quickbooks and ease of access for updating transaction details to keep in compliance with our expense policy

I think the expense policy settings could be more helpful as far as customization

Ramp is supporting our bookkeeping and it saves time so our finance team can focus on other strategic initiatives to drive growth
Work Smarter, Not Harder with Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
Our small team has grown over the last few months and needed a system to help with the increase in expenses and financial activities. After speaking with a Ramp team member, I was convinced that this would be the best solution for us, and after only a few days, we have already noticed a simplified and efficient workflow. So thankful for Ramp!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes of the system so far! I have been pleased with the system and how easy it was to get my team setup compared to the last system that we used.

Ramp has helped streamline our expenses, and improved accounting workflows have been incredible with our small team, allowing us to spend more time doing the things we love!
Whole Company likes Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
The Ramp card is so much better than the system we had before. Employees appreciate how easily they can upload receipts and code things. As the admin I appreciate that if something needs changed before syncing to our accounting system I can easily do that as well. I also like that Ramp sends reminders to the staff that they have transactions waiting, which limits the amount of times I have to do it myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think we don't like is that for any submitted reimbursement we cannot split a transaction, like we can with a credit card transaction. Fix that and we would have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer duplicating work, and it is saving everyone time. Our previous credit card I had to download statements for each user, they would fill in a spreadsheet and then the accounting department would hand enter each transaction. Since we have over 20 card users it would take days of hounding people and then hours of entering to get things in our system. Creating a lot of stress. With Ramp everything is synced to our accounting system within a couple days of the month ending as the last few transactions are coded and we are off an running.
Ramp review
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ramp is that I can upload an invoice as soon as the charge is available. I like the different ways available to upload the receipt, and the verification is pretty quick. I don't have to wait for the charge to come up days later, as I can upload the ticket as soon as it's charged.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't dislike the Rampapp. I would love to have the app version so I can upload receipts, approve or deny reimbursements quickly and not have to wait to log in to a computer, which I find easier than looking for it on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As far as I know, this app prevents the monthly review of invoices and reimbursements for the company as it can be reimbursed immediately and not have to wait for the next payroll.
The most seamless corporate card / spend management solution I've ever worked with
What do you like best about the product?
Everything about the product is seamless and designed with the end-user in mind. Invoice / receipt capture works well almost every time. It's extremely easy to issue cards and set limits / restrictions where appropriate. Integration with Quickbooks has worked great so far. Automatic categorizations are generally correct, and in the rare cases that they aren't, are easy to edit. Basically, Ramp is so easy to use and takes a bunch of busywork off my plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently, there was no mobile app, although they just launched one a few days ago. Other than that, I can't think of anything else!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp saves me boatloads of time managing expenses, issuing cards, categorizing expenses, etc. It allows me to focus on what's important, which is growing my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy UI/UX and the ability to issue cards so quickly has helped us scale just as quickly!

Nothing so far - we've had a great experience with the platform itself as well as customer support.

It's allowing us to work at a faster pace than if we had to wait for debit or credit cards to be issued from a bank.
