It’s by far the simplest and easiest to use credit card our church has ever used. We love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly being able to categorize my expenses is the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be confusing whether or not we need to up the spending limit across the organization. But otherwise, no issues at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking the tediousness out of doing expense reports is super helpful.

No subscription fees, 1.5% cash back, quickbooks integration, ability to control spend.

I need to remind employees to submit their receipts.

It is a dynamic tool that is cost saving and eliminating inefficieny in our processes. Love the cash back as well.
Ramp provides a powerful dashboard that's easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate dashboard and detail around reporting and rules for reimbursements. Makes it easy to keep track of multiple team members without having to do a lot of heavy lifting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have used more fun/sleeker-looking products so there could be room for improvement there. Also some of the nomenclature say around negative amounts was unclear to me at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me be more organized around understanding our company's spend and easily hand out permissions and do tracking in a way that doesn't require a lot of oversight.
The easiest to use corporate card experiance
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ramp automatically sends you a text message when you use your card, prompting you to upload a receipt, write a memo and classify it to what class it needs to be billed to. It will even send reminder emails if you forget to upload the receipt right away. I think Ramp does a great job at making it easy for the busy employee to keep up to date on their business expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard for me to even think of something that I dislike. I have had a great experience with Ramp so far. My card did get hacked and there were a bunch of fraud charges attempted, but even then Ramp was smart enough to know it was coming from another country and blocked the charges for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the issue of me having to use my personal credit card for work expenses and then waiting to be reimbursed by my company. Having a ramp card eliminates me having to wait and use my own money for expenses that are not mine. I really appreciate it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and simplicity of submitting expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't always find how to submit an expense without a receipt. There should be some alternative option to submit a receipt affidavit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to keep track of expenses and submit in a monthly report. I can go online and submit immediately an expense and I get a reminder immediately.
My Ramp credit card has made purchases with my job so much easier to track and report.
What do you like best about the product?
Texting the receipts and not have to keep them to turn in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is the wait time for some receipts to take effect.

It allows us to easily track our expenses on fuel and supplies.
Ramp is easy to use and great for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp is easy to use! The system easily connects with Quickbooks Online, so managing payments is a breeze for my accounting team. The auto reminders for missing invoices or receipts is another great freature. We just email the document and their system takes care of connecting it to the correct charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is when you have multiple vendors on different cards, it's not easy to see which is which because transactions are listed under the vendor. You need to drill in a bit to see the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is allowing us to consolodate software and other vendor payments while saving my accounting team time and effort when they are reconciling payments, invoices, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp allows the business many perks, including flexible bill pay, cashflow and also provides a good amount of cashback and the ability to distribute individual cards to employees with controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The perks would be great to have travel booking and other redeemable rewards.

Great product for streamlining financial ops and credit cards
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp's User interface, accounting integrations and overall automation of our finance and accounting processes. No more are the days of manual accounting processes and multiple spend management tools. Ramp is the one stop shop for the entire process from bill pay, expense reimbursements and credit card expenses. We also like how it is highly customizable in terms of spend limits, alerts and controls.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At prior companies I have worked at, we had several accounting and finance systems for (a) bill pay, (b) credit cards and (c) employee expense reimbursements. The biggest problem Ramp is solving for us today is that it completely centralized and automates all of this into one tool. Further, the tool has seamless integrations with the most popular accounting ERP systems, making month-end close procedures that much faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus can be a bit challenging to navigate. It's not always clear where to click to find certain things and then there are a bunch of ways to get into the policy management tabs that seem like an awkward loop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp saves lots of time for those submitting expenses and those approving them. The team setup allows for approval levels that are clear and easy to use.
