Easy to use, simply laid out
What do you like best about the product?
As we changed form the first two other applications this was a refreshing change that made my working life much easier and eliminated many steps that we were previously saddled with
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if the picture I am using is too large a file I need to go in and edit it down. That doesn't happen too often but it did at the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, easy to facilitate
Excellent system for business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it easy to process expenses. The convenience of being able to upload a receipt into the app right on my phone means I don't have to worry about keeping up with receipts or losing them in my purse. I feel safe knowing it's already uploaded and approved and I'm able to move on to my next task.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have employees who use Android phones; currently, the app is unavailable on that platform. Please transfer it over so those people can love Ramp too! Other than that, I think it would be awesome to be able to recognize employees for consistently uploading their receipts. Perhaps you could even host contests of who uploaded them the fastest?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management. Our team used to spend hours managing expenses but those days are over! We are so thankful to Ramp for solving this problem and love getting cash back too!

Ramp makes submitting expenses a breeze! Easy and efficient!

Ramp is amazing and I wouldn't change a thing.

Ramp has taken the large monthly task of submitting expenses and made it quick and easy.
Ramp is off to a solid start and improving over time
What do you like best about the product?
It syncs very well with outside accounting softwares such as Netsuite and Quickbooks. It also allows for detailed internal controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user interface can be choppy and slow, which can get frustrating when coding 100s of expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have improved some syncing capabilities, which allows us to sync to other softwares with greater detail.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Ramp because it is simple and easy to use! Simply take a photo of your receipt and text it to Ramp.Totally eliminates the concept of a lost receipt and makes it easier for both customer and employer to use. Brilliant business idea!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Ramp is absolutely nothing. The ability to take control of your expenses, save hours of work every month with an expense automation process that everyone will actually use, and have a solution that empowers employees is priceless. I love Ramp!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the common problems that others are afraid to address. They set the rules by digitizing your approval policies and spending guidelines - from meals to SaaS, and everything in between. It benefits me with problem-solving by adding more time back into my day. Ramp reviews every expense the instant it happens and flags out-of-policy items for review.
Excellent tool for automating payments
What do you like best about the product?
Where shall I start: ease of payment, elegant design, integration with Quickbooks Online, integration with Rippling, breadth of functionality. Exactly what a payment system should look and act like in 2022. Provides ability to pay by check, credit card, or ACH.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of W-9 management functionality for vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slow A/P processing, redundant data entry, lack of payment documentation.
Eliminates all the paper tracking!
What do you like best about the product?
New user but so far it seems super easy to email or text the receipts and classify it for accounting! No more folders of receipts and doing a spreadsheet monthly. No more tracking down missing receipts! Easy to use. Website seems easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen anything yet that I don't like!

On time reporting of credit card expenses, saving time doing it in real time.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The process is so timely and so thorough you can't miss a single receipt. It helps keep track of every transaction with a copy of the receipt and description.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about the process. It covers everything our Finance Department requires.

There are sometimes hiccups with system and difficulty uploading some receipts.
