What do you like best about the product?
Reimbursements are so easy. The fact I can snap a photo and send a text with my receipt is awesome and takes the headache out of the reimbursement process we're all used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there are any downsides or dislikes about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast & easy reimbursements & company card spending that offers employees a great experience- helping them feel supported and taken care of by the company.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how seamlessly Ramp allows classification of our charges. Being able to snap a picture of receipts increase my employees compliance with providing documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have found no downsides for using ramp. They make it so easy to manage my school's credit usage.eipts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving and tracking receipts used to be a nightmare got our small school. Now they are easily tracked on the Ramp website.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Ramp is the ability to individualize each card that we create for employees
What do you dislike about the product?
That bills in QuickBooks don't show up as scheduled to be paid when they are in Ramp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline our reimbursement process and giving us more controls with credit cards

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very intuitive with drag and drop functions for uploading receipts, accurately coding expenses, and reimbursements
What do you dislike about the product?
There is constant improvement, so things move around at times, but there are very few flaws in the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easing the workload on manually storing a series of receipts, eliminating plenty of double-work for our finance and other teams that purchase items, and easing the expense process for employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Budget requests, company card requests, uploading receipts, tracking spending - All things that Ramp makes incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I can think of that I don't like about the ramp experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many different software subscriptions. Ramp makes it easy to request spend for specific subscriptions (instead of putting all on one card). Also, very easy to request physical cards for expenses like lunch.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use and cost-efficient. It handles virtual cards, physical cards, expense reimbursements and more, and I love that it doesn't cost the company money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automation of rules was easier for the accounting team, and I wish that Reimbursements could be processed on 1 expense report, rather than individual reimbursements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has consolidated our P2P tech stack. Its integration with our accounting system is very easy, so we have been able to deprecate several of the tools we were using before.

Fun and Easy Way to Track Expenses

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my management team has set parameters for spending and what needs a receipt or what can be a quick memo. Ramp sends text messages to input the memo or snap and add a picture of the receipt right after you swipe the card! Their website makes for easy review as well. Did I mention Ramp offers digital cards for online and app purchases? They integrate with Lyft, which adds to the ease of business travel. My CFO LOVES that he can create categories for all expenses to be sorted as well! I wish there was a way to have my debit card link to a Ramp card for personal expenditure track as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not know that app purchases had to be with the digital card at first, so when I went to make an online purchase I was declined, but not that I know, it is extremely easy as it is linked to a keychain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to keep receipts for any period of time anymore; snap a picture and go! No more keeping track of or losing receipts during travel.

Easy to use expense management platform

What do you like best about the product?
I find the UI straightforward to navigate and use for submitting reimbursements. Dragging receipts into the form, picking dates, adding details, etc., are all very intuitive and easy. The simple color palette is easy on the eyes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are not really any downsides that I am able to identify from my use case. My usage is very simple: reimbursements. Their card management tools also seem very intuitive, but unfortunately, I don't use those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management can be very convoluted sometimes. Ramp is the opposite. It is simple, seamless, and straightforward: How much did you spend, what category should it go under, etc. It makes it a lot less painful to submit reimbursement requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the system in general. Prompt text message when you use the physical card on reminders about submitting the receipt which creates momentum to get it done on the spot and forget about it later.
What do you dislike about the product?
at this time I coundn't say I dislike something in particular. Since registration, the card has worked great, easy log in online and guidance along the way. The admin of the account can change limits super easy and pleasant overall business experience.
